Beautiful Cabin & Location-Friendly and Responsive Staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was beautiful, between the creek, hot tub, pool table & arcade games our kiddos had so much to do during our stay. Staff was friendly & quickly resolved any requests-plumbing & maintenance techs were great guys. Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin-would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay off the beaten path, but close enough to enjoy all Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge have to offer.

Great Getaway

Loved the creek right outside the backdoor, I could have set there for hours! We definitely will be booking this cabin again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental was wonderful. The cabin is beautiful and the sounds of the running water was just what I needed to rejuvenate. The only disappointment is that there was no access to the laundry room as it was locked so we have to buy clothes instead of washing the ones we brought.

Absolutely Amazing Cabin!!

We’ve stayed in many cabins in Tennessee and this one is definitely top lot our for future visits. Close to large towns and attractions but still a very quiet place with incredible views of the mountains and river.

Theater room was fun. Advise to sit at bar to watch because if you sit in seats its like sitting in the front row at an actual movie theater. Too close but still fun. Little far from most activities. Be prepared to drive alot.

Reviewer Comments: The cabin is located about 15 minutes from the Gatlinburg "strip", making it very peaceful while still being convenient to all the attractions in the area. The cabin was well appointed and very comfortable. Especially loved the giant showers in each bedroom.While we had no issues during our stay, Elk Springs was sure to let us know that they were available if we had any issues. Well worth the money!

About 20 mins from Gatlinburg and a little longer from pigeon forge but the drive isn’t bad at all.

From the view to the cozy living room furniture to the fireplaces in each bedroom and let's not forget the hot tub, this cabin was perfect for our family of four as our home away from home. Would recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains!

Elk Springs were fast responding to any complaints or help needed. Game room is huge compared to pictures, kids and adults were in there if we weren’t out in town. Would recommend and stay again.

Bathrooms had LOTS of ants both times we've stayed in the cabin. Was able to remedy it with spray, but shouldn't have to worry about poison when a toddler is present. Overall it's a lovely cabin and will probably stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the cabin. It was such a great location, very clean and a beautiful, relaxingscenery! There wasn't any propane in the tank to grill, just had to make a phone call and someone came out the next day. The only thing I did not like was we ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy some. The website did say that we got a starter pack but when on vacation, I really don't want to have to worry about going and buying toilet paper. Other than that, the place was fantastic and we will be back again!

We loved being right by the creek because we could leave the sliding glass door open and could hear the water inside and that was very relaxing. The beds on the other hand were very hard and not comfortable at all.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the cabin, the two king suites were great, the beds were a little hard they could use a nice mattress topper or a comfy mattress pad on top. Other than that sitting in the hot tub, listening to the creek was wonderful. We enjoyed the projector tv watching football and baseball and playing pool.It was about a 20 min drive to the strip in Gatlinburg but we were glad to not be in the chaos of downtown.The office texted several times to see if we needed anything, I felt if I needed anything they were available but we were all good.

Reviewer Comments: A little bit farther outside of Gatlinburg than I would prefer, but overall good location to also access the eastern side of the park. House was great size for 4 people. Kitchen with only the very essentials was a little disappointing. Everything worked well and in good condition. Hot tub seemed to have fresh water in it but could have been cleaner. Overall, I would consider coming back.

Lovely Little Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice little cabin conveniently located reasonably close to multiple activities. It was easy to access and nice not to have a long drive up the thin, winding mountain roads. The cabin was clean and well-maintained. The showers were wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and the game room/movie theater was a big hit with the kids (as was the hot tub). The creek was beautiful, however if you are wanting to actually go down to the creek it isn’t particularly easy to access. My only complaint is that there weren’t many towels or extra blankets available (there is a washer and dryer) and there were limited kitchen utensils and plates. Overall it was a cozy, clean cabin with a great view of the creek. Elk Springs provided excellent customer services and made sure to call and text to check in. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

Both bedrooms have king beds and both of them open up to deck with the hot tub and views of the creek. Kitchen had the pots and pans for us to cook and enjoy a movie night on the home theater on a snowy day we experienced. Customer service was great when you called they answered and resolved issue very quick. Please keep in mind you will be 30 minutes from the activities in Gatlinburg and 40 from pigeon Forge. My only complaint would be the cleanest of the place the showers had a mildew smell and the furniture could use an update. We brought our own cleaning supplies and had to clean the showers before using and bedding had a hair when unfolding blankets.

It has an open floor plan, beautiful high wood ceilings, beautiful floor to ceiling windows that overlooks the creek (which needs its own review) Both bedrooms are king suits with a gorgeous full bath and double showers. The media/game room was so cool! The rental was very clean. I can't say enough good things about this place. the living area and both bedrooms have sliding doors that open to the creek and you can hear the rushing waters 24/7. Communication with the rental agency was 5 star! They even called the morning after our arrival to check on us. We will be back!!

Okay Cabin

Hot tub was not working the best. Jets are very weak. When it rained there was a huge leak in the house. Ants in the bathrooms and game room. Old reviews talked about pull out couch saw on pictures. Got there, different couch. Pictures are old on site. Blinds falling off or missing all together. Creek was nice and living was good. Besides that next time we will pick another cabin. I will say the customer service line was great and helpful.

Truly paradise

Reviewer Comments: We rented this cabin at the last minute because the cabin we rented with another company was sold and we were canceled 1 week prior to our vacation. We were in a panic and found this cabin. When we arrived at the cabin, we knew instantly that we had hit the jackpot! This cabin is truly a paradise! It is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean, and has every amenity you could want. We enjoyed the theater nightly and the hot tub was the cleanest one we've ever been in. Loved the firepit too. But the best part was always being able to hear the creek flowing past the cabin. We never wanted to leave and we miss it so much. It is a perfect cabin for 2 couples also and we plan on returning with family. Management checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions. We will definitely stay here again and cannot wait to return!
