The hot tub was an excellent way to unwind on a rainy night. Just watch out for the coyotes. The cabin was very nice and clean. The shower door didn't close all the way so the floor got wet.it was very quiey and secluded. A nuce weekend get away even with all the rain. We woukd definitely go back.

Quite surroundings, the cabin was clean, the checking in and checking out were simple and pet friendly great plus. 2 bear cubs and their mama came by the cabin . We will definitely be staying here again!!!

The cabin was perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Very short drive to both. I’d recommend an suv or truck to handle the steep climb to the cabin. Our GMC Denali spun out a bit but was able to climb. You will see a family of bears every day, sometimes twice. Amazing to see! Secluded, but right next to everything! Don’t hesitate to book this cabin. Lovely responsive host! Loved the pool table, hot tub and seclusion with only 2 cabin neighbors, but still private. Amazing location!

We saw bears!!

nice cozy cabin tucked away from everything. it was great, had a strong thunderstorm move thru area, we sat on the porch during most of it, very relaxing. almost daily we saw a mama bear and two cubs wonder thru the woods. the other two houses near the property are just far enough away that you forget they are there. just a short drive to town to see the attractions. would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

This beautiful cabin was a perfect getaway for my husband and myself. We enjoyed playing pool, the hot tub was great, and the cabin is perfectly located to all restaurants in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. the decor of the cabin was awesome! The most amazing part was the wildlife. We saw bears each day, turkeys and an elk. I would definitely recommend The Flying Squirrel and hope to visit again!

Peaceful and Relaxing

My husband and I enjoyed our trip to the Great Smokey Mountains. The Flying Squirrel cabin was a peaceful place to stay. We especially liked the hammock on the porch and relaxing in the hot tub after a day in Pigeon Forge. The road up to the cabin was a little dicey at first but my husband figured it out after the first couple trips and I just learned to close my eyes and say a little prayer each time! Seriously though, if you are looking for a quiet cabin in the woods then this is the place for you!

Secluded and cozy!

The property was perfect. We saw a few bears, enjoyed the hot tub and pool table, and loved how secluded we were. It was the right choice for our honeymoon getaway. Thanks for a great stay!

Peaceful Cabin

This cabin was excellent! Wooded and peaceful yet very close proximity to local attractions. We came in for the Great Smoky Jeep Invasion and this cabin was the perfect location and we (and our dogs) enjoyed the peace and quiet of the secluded and heavily wooded area. Will definitely be looking to book this cabin again!

Romantic and cozy

We truly enjoyed this cozy cabin. I’m a suburb girl so the mountain did intimidate me some. Hubby had no problem with it. Once we arrived to cabin, it was nice and flat for loading and getting into cabin. Bed comfy. Bathroom and kitchen well stocked. View out the windows perfect. Loved the hot tub and rocking chairs on the porch. Close to everything in location. Would definitely come back. Cabin was nice and clean.

Absolutely LOVE this place! 5 STAR!

I don't think I could say enough great things about this place to do it justice. The road was a little interesting on the way up but nothing we couldn't handle. Cabin is super clean, and the setup is great. It rained like crazy the first night we were there and listening to the rain patter off the metal roof was so relaxing. The hot tub was perfect. Plenty of space inside with the added upstairs game room. Plenty of hot water for showers and water pressure was good (been to enough places now where I wish I would know if the place were lacking either of these). The large wrap around deck is perfect for morning coffee or nighttime moonshine from Pigeon Forge. Bed was comfortable. Cute little accents added to the property inside and out to make you smile. 100% highly recommend and would go back again!
