Location was great! Walkable to many restaurants, shopping and attractions. Free on site parking was wonderful. Only used our car when leaving the area. Outdoor pool was not yet open for season but looked nice. Indoor heated pool was very nice and well kept. Our Host Sandy was wonderful and responded to me immediately with a few problems we encountered. TV wasn't working when we arrived but Sandy had it resolved immediately. We arrived early and I reached out to Sandy and she gave us permission to enter the condo earlier than check in time. There are ice machines in the building which we did not need but nice to have. There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer on the third floor, very close to the unit. Only one of each but big and very clean. I really wanted to give this a 5 rating but the unit is small and in need of some updates mainly in the kitchen and bathroom. Don't plan on making a meal in the kitchen, it was fine for a quick breakfast but probably not much more. The cleaning crew had not done a very good job prior to our arrival. I pointed this out to Sandy, along with pictures and I am sure she had that taken care of. We tried some restaurants and wineries that were wonderful (don't go to Dicks restaurant, horrible food and atmosphere) The skywalk was also beautiful, especially at night. Drive through the Smoky Mountains was beautiful.

This property is in a great location. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Gatlinburg. Being able to keep our car parked at the property was a big help with the parking/driving situation in Gatlinburg. The unit is small, low ceilings but was fine for this couple staying for the week. There were ample kitchen supplies for us to cook some meals. Elevator worked fine and luggage carts were available for use. TV's were a little tricky for us but we followed the directions provided in the owners notebook and figured it out...except for the TV in the bedroom. Instructions didn't work so we unplugged it, plugged it back in and SUCCESS! Gatlinburg is very much a tourist town with plenty of things to do. We enjoyed Gatlinburg SkyPark, The Peddler Steakhouse (make a reservation!) and the Ole Smoky Tour & Tasting. We pre-planned some things but some we booked online while there so that we could work activities around the crazy weather that week...we saw high 70's and sun and snow!

This is a great place to stay while visiting Gatlinburg. Super comfy bed and excellent host. It was really clean and had a cute atmosphere, very mountainy. The location was superb and we had so much fun going to Ober mountain. Great views! Would recommend highly to stay here. Bring more towels for bathing if you're staying more than 2 days. We also loved the balcony.

Quaint, little condo with all that we needed, except a keurig! The air/heat control took a minute to figure out. But the owner had the extras, like blankets, tv tray tables, and large isolating fan!

The condo is adorable with a unique country flair. The cozy condo featured unique lanterns for the lights and a barrel table to embody the spirit of the mountains of TN. The owner was extremely helpful! We traveled during extreme heat and the owner went out of their way to provide a fan for extra air circulation. I always pack extra dish soap and cleaning supplies. The only thing lacking was liquid soap for an easier cleanup after preparing meals. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely return!

Very nice stay

We stayed in the condo for a long weekend and specifically wanted to be close to the downtown so that we could walk everywhere. The condo location was perfect. It was off the main strip enough to be quiet, but was just a short walk to get to everything. We loved having an indoor and outdoor pool! The condo itself was perfect for just the two of us. It was well stocked with dishes and utensils for what we needed. Be sure to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper because they only provide a starter amount. My only complaint was that the balcony was super loud due to all of the air conditioning units being on the balconies. We did not sit out there at all because of that. Also, the floors in the condo were not very clean and walking barefoot made my feet look and feel dirty. That is the only reason I have the condo 4 stars instead of 5. Having said that, we would stay again!
