Our stay couldn't have been any better. Everything about this property is 1st class from booking to check out. They've thought of everything including a basket with some food items in case the weather on the mountain turned bad. Cabin couldn't have been any cleaner and welcoming, and Paula was an absolute pleasure to interact with. We will be returning for sure !

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful stay, everything was clean and up to par, we played many rounds of pool and enjoyed a few cool nights in the hot tub and it was a great trip all around, paula and keith answered any and all questions i may have had and we will definitely return

The house was exactly as described. It was immaculate. Great attention to detail was apparent with beautiful decor and everything you might need in amenities. The host was very helpful and easy to reach when we experienced bears around the property. This chalet is on the park edge so the chances are great they they will appear. Made our trip very exciting! Loved this property!

All the little touches, wine in fridge, the food left in case you get snowed in, chocolates on the bed, etc. Keeping in touch with us. The cabin was clean and smelled clean! Wonderful hosts, Paula and Keith, thank you, our first time going away alone, since our honeymoon, over 30 years ago!

Had a wonderful stay. Bears came right up to the door sniffing around. Closest bear encounter in our 3 trips. The only minor issue which is not there fault is, dont rent this if you’re remotely timid on narrow, steep, and I mean steep (40%) mountain roads. Take your time around curves, especially at night when you will be driving blind. Hug outside of turns.

MOUNTAIN BEARADISE

Very clean chalet, Beautiful floor plans, it's a little high on the mountain but not too bad to drive to. It's perfect for a couples get away! The property owner message me a couple of times responded very fast, Pool table and hot tub a must for us. We saw 5 bears of all sizes cross over from the chalet to our right into the Great Smoky mtns national Park which is just behind the chalet. Highly recommend in the winter also just a short drive to Ober Ski Resort.

Lovely Chalet

We really enjoyed the amenities this Chalet offered. The hot tub was a great place to relax after a long hike in the park. The chalet was very clean. Proximity to the park entrance was great! Close to the action in Gatlinburg, but a very quiet area.

Perfect Anniversary trip

The Chalet is amazing!! Very clean and with all the comforts of home. The hosts are the best I have ever worked with. Stayed in communication before, during and after. We are already looking forward to a return visit.

Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was amazing even from before booking! This was my and my husband’s first time staying in Gatlinburg. We searched through probably 50-75 different cabins, read through reviews of at least 20, and then reached out to 3-5 hosts once we had narrowed our search. Between the pictures and the reviews, I was already pretty sold on on this cabin. I sent the same question to the hosts of all the cabins we were looking at: we would be arriving very late at night we’re not familiar with the area, and were concerned about how the check in process would work and road conditions while we were there. I expected a reply within a day or so. Paula replied within an hour or two and it was very obvious from her reply how important it is to them that their guests are well taken care. That was just the beginning of our amazing stay. The communication was top notch throughout the entire stay. They give very detailed information closer to the time of the reservation from typed out directions in case you don’t have a phone signal to restaurants and activities they recommend. They made sure the lights were on outside since they knew we would be arriving late as well as a few lights in the cabin. There’s notes throughout the cabin and clear instructions on how everything works, not to mention the wonderful bear theme throughout the cabin. It’s very clear that they take pride in being hosts and we are already talking about coming back again in the future for another anniversary.
