Cozy Cub is our personal family owned vacation retreat — a home we've poured care into and love sharing with guests like you. To keep it that way, all bookings require a signed renter agreement within 24 hours of booking, sent via link, to confirm your reservation. A driver's license copy is required as part of the booking process as well as full guest list details. We keep the cabin in great shape and items may occasionally be refreshed or updated between stays. All resort amenities (pool, courts, fitness center, bonfire pits etc) are managed by the resort and can be affected by weather, maintenance, or seasonal availability — we'll always let you know of anything that changes ahead of your stay, though decisions about resort amenities are outside our control. We maintain everything to the highest standard, and the cabin is in excellent condition. That said, like any home, occasional and unpredictable issues can arise with appliances, utilities, or systems — and we can't offer refunds for circumstances outside our control. If anything ever comes up during your stay, just reach out and we'll do everything we can to make it right. For the safety of our guests and our home, a security camera is installed on the exterior front porch.
