Great mountain experience

The condo was very nice! Super nice master bedroom with deck access. Both bathrooms have great walk in custom showers. The deck was a great experience. A experience. We saw several bears as well. The drive up and down the mountain took some getting used to but was not too bad.

Really nice place

It was a very nice and cozy condo type place. Super nicely decorated with updated bathrooms and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable as well as the sleeper. The patio was wonderful too and had a great sofa set to relax on.The property manager was very responsive and welcoming.

I WOULD STAY AGAIN

The unit was clean and exactly what the photos showed. We saw bears daily. Our beds were comfortable. The pull out bed needs a new mattress.Our contact Ryan was great. Any question I had, he responded within a few minutes.

Conference getaway

Although I came in for a conference and didn't spend much time there it was lovely in every way. It was on top of the mountain with breathtaking views on the way down. Convenient to my conference within 10 minutes but away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful peaceful patio to enjoy in the mornings and a comfy couch and bed to end our day. The toiletries, soft towels and shower made me feel like I stepped out of a spa. It was all the little things here that made our stay a wonderful one. Ryan was helpful and kind when I reached out with questions. Highly recommend.

Gatlinburg vacation

Overall our stay was excellent. The condo was as described in the profile, was clean and comfortable. We even achieved our goal of seeing a bear on vacation when one was walking past our deck! Eric was great at communicating a change during our stay and made sure everything was coordinated with our schedule. Highly recommend this location.

Was surprised to find an exterior four story staircase when arrived. Not ideal when raining. Condo is in basement and showers had mildew and not the cleanest. Wi-fi was not reliable.

Nicely Renovated but too many steps

Although the inside of the condo was nice it is located 40 steps from the parking lot, which is at the 4th floor. The condo is on the first floor so we needed to carry our heavy bags down and up 40 steps. Also the Nest thermostat did not work despite the maintenance man trying twice to fix it also the pocket door to the master bathroom came off the track and would not work. The property manager was very responsive to issues. We also were visited by the local bear twice, once on the deck and once in the parking lot.

Cozy getaway perfection

My girls chose Gatlinburg for a Thanksgiving getaway and we were lucky to have found this rental available. The place was immaculate, and the girls and i loved it. Such a great Thanksgiving holiday! Comfy beds, showers with multiple nozzles, amazing coffee selection and even snacks for movie time. Awesome place!

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting the Smoky Mountains. The place was very clean and nicely done. The showers were nice and the beds were comfortable. Eric was great sending us all the details before hand. Highly recommend this place!

Remote Getaway

My cousin and I wanted to getaway from our daily responsibilities and this was the perfect place. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was very comfortable and only about a 15 drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Also easy access to Pigeon Forge. Eric was very responsive and east to contact.

Wonderful & peaceful

The property was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck listening to all the wild life. The property was updated perfectly. The master bed was very comfortable. The showers were beautiful and big! Only complaint would be the water pressure. We traveled with a two year old and it made it easy on us having a high hair and pack and play available. Having three different locations for pools was so convenient when trying to kill time with a young one. The pools were clean and kid friendly for all ages. The pools were not heated but were great on a hot day. The one pool that is farthest away I believe it was the North? I would highly recommend! The views are out of this world! Keep your eyes open we did see two bears on two different occasions while driving back to the property. I would recommended having four wheel drive! Glad we took our truck. I would highly recommended this property. Eric was great and prompt with getting back with us. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Gatlinburg!

Great home base when visiting the National park

Great place to stay when visiting the Smoky Mountains National Park. Nicely decorated - very clean. Bonus value getting to see a mamma bear and her cubs walk by the deck!
