Best vacation yet

This place is absolutely nothing short of amazing! All three levels were very clean ,the views are breathtaking! Slight issue with the hot tub and they had maintenance out in the morning to resolve the issue. Customer service was outstanding! We will be staying here again !! Thank yall for an amazing getaway

Nice cabin, close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge

We enjoyed our stay at the Cabin. It’s nicely located for exploring the GSMNP and surrounding areas. Cabin was as described and everything worked. Overall it was a great rental and a pleasant stay. Complaints…. Cabin floor and main floor shower was filthy, maybe swept but definitely not cleaned. Only supplies in the cabinet for cleaning was a broom and dust pan. Nothing to mop the floor or clean the restroom. We had to go to the store to buy and clean the shower and bathroom before using. Window dressings would have been nice, only room with blinds was the bedrooms. Not a complaint but for future people staying. There is nothing as far as supllies in this house! Most I’ve stayed at would have spices (salt pepper) at a minimum that had been left by other stayers. There was nothing! No oil, salt pepper, ketchup mustard so plan to bring everything you would need to prepare any meals. I believe if anything is left for the next people, the cleaning crew just throws it out. Only supplied items besides the cabin itself was 1 roll paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and a broom. Be prepared!

A Beautiful Place

This vacation home is beautifully situated on a mountain road that provides breathtaking views of the Smokey Mountains from nearly any room in the house! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 showers, and 4 toilets, plenty of room for many or few to enjoy! 3 decks offer views of the Smokies - the bottom deck includes a hot tub as you walk out of the pool room - the pool is a bit chilly at first but take a quick plunge and you will certainly get used to the temp - the room is heated well. The entire place was clean and beautiful and what we expected and hoped for, the game room and pool were certainly added fun, but for us - nothing compared to the mountain roads with the occasional black bear sighting and the amazing view from the decks and kitchen area! This place is just as it is listed, with no unwanted surprises. We will certainly plan to return one day! There was only two of us that stayed in this mountain mansion - but I would recommend it to any group large or small! Truly a beautiful place!

Cute and Nasty

Cute cabin but very nasty. Got there an hour early due to traveling. Coming from michigan reached out to property manager they said it was ok to check in but when we got there the door code didn't work. But weleft a message for someone to call back .but i was able to text them and they sent a new code but we got in our beds all of them had hair and stain s on the sheets and blood on pillows

Misleading Description and Construction Noise Marred Our Stay

I recently rented this cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, through Vrbo for spring break, and unfortunately, my experience did not match the description provided. The biggest disappointment was the supposedly heated pool, which turned out to be cold throughout our stay. It seemed that only the room housing the pool was heated, not the pool itself. Moreover, the waterfall in the pool was broken, adding to the disappointment. Additionally, the description failed to mention ongoing construction next door, which greatly impacted the scenic views promised from every balcony. Instead of enjoying the majestic Smoky Mountains, we were greeted with loud construction noise, men talking throughout the day, and debris scattered across the property and mountainside. Travelers considering booking this property should proceed with caution and inquire about any ongoing construction to avoid encountering the same issues. It's disheartening to drive seven hours for amenities that don't meet expectations and views obscured by construction activities.

We’re Having a Good Time

The cabin was very clean and the views were breathtaking. Still had that new home smell. The pool and hot tub made the stay worth every penny. The cabin has pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. Owners were very attentive and professional. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Fall Getaway

Greatest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Beautiful views, clean, well appointed, and the pool/hot tub were perfect ways to start and end our days. Perfect location for those that want to enjoy some peace and quiet surrounded by nature, but still have access to fun activities (Dollywood, Anakeesta, etc.)Thank you, we will be back again!

Great Stay

Perfect Birthday Stay

The property was clean with nice rooms, beds, and views. Honestly everything was perfect. The pool was easy to use the three balconies had amazing views and we even had a momma bear and cub visit our cabin. The owners were quick to respond and have went out of there way to make the stay as simple and peaceful as it could be. I definitely recommend them for your stay and we wi be going back for sure.

The view is amazing

The view is worth it.The cabin was clean and we enjoyed the pool. The communication was great, the free ticket to activities was a nice bonus. You need to bring your own towels for the pool and some cleaning supplies.

What an Amazing Cabin

This was our first vacation as a family, and we had the MOST AMAZING TIME! The pool was FANTASTIC, the view, WOW, Even more amazing! The Hot Tub was absolutely perfect. It was so quiet, and we even were able to see some animals around the cabin, (deer and even a skunk). We will definitely be back! The property manager responded promptly. We are so thankful for everything!
