From the moment of booking, the owner of this cabin has been very responsive and helpful. I originally booked the wrong dates for our visit and he was very helpful in getting the trip moved to new dates we needed. Then he gave us a military discount for our son who was traveling with us. The cabin was wonderful and the views were excellent!

The host is amazing, checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Gave us great information on great dinning options, and sights to see. The house is clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The scenery is amazing and we even had a bear visit us our first hour there. We also had a lot of fun in the basement game room. We will definitely be back to this house.

We enjoyed our stay at this chalet. It was cozy and rhe owner was awesome. He was very attentive to every question. He even notified us when there was a wondering around bear outside and gave us tips on places to eat.

Everything was amazing, beautiful and host was the most responsive I have ever had. Description is accurate and had plenty of room for my family. Game room is definitely a plus, everything was clean and cozy. I can't say enough good things. Close to everything and yet so peaceful and quiet. Loved it - best stay so far on our road trip.

We came in for a long weekend! The house was great, enough room for 5 adults comfortably! Great location, great views and bonus game room downstairs! Would definitely recommend and our host Patrick responded quickly with any questions or advise. Look forward to going back in the Spring and would stay here again for sure!

It was a comfortable week in this beautiful cabin. My two teenage boys loved the game room! We spent Thanksgiving in the home, and it was an absolute blast. Patrick was a fantastic host and checked in on us a few times to see if we needed anything. Oh! and we got to see a momma bear and her cub early one morning in front of the house.

Everything was great! The host was amazing! He went above what was expected of him. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. The home and amenities were great! We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning!

Property was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed all the things to do in the basement. Adults enjoyed it too and the beautiful views.I loved where the cabin was located high up on the mountain and the twisting roads leading up the mountain to the cabin. Cllose to all the activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

This cabin is beautiful and full of fun! We spent a week here and had such a great time. The cabin itself has 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen with all the tools you need to cook a delicious meal. Downstairs is the game room where you have SkeeBall, Pool Table, Darts, Foosball, Stand alone video game and a gaming system with Game play, and a washer and dryer. The main floor where the kitchen is has a bedroom, bath, fireplace, TV and dining table. We played games and laughed like crazy the whole week. Daytime saw us out and about exploring, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and the Great Smokey Mountain park. We were treated to bear visits everyday that we were there and thoroughly enjoyed watching Mama and her 3 cubs. This cabin has a great view and direct sight of the Ober Mountain Tram as it travels up and down the mountain. A bit of advice, get there before dark so your first trip up the mountain road is easier. We hope to come back!

Everything was great. My only issue was with the placement of the laundry machines. BIfold doors would be easier to deal with then the sliding glass doors. Not enough room to change loads.

We had a fantastic stay here - the chalet is just like it appears in the listing and was a very comfortable base for a week. The clubhouses with swimming pools were a great bonus and we used them lots. Saw bears most days too!

Beautiful views and it’s definitely no exaggeration about the bears, had several come and visit! And so close to shopping, food and we loved the aquarium. Homeowner was very quick with response regarding questions we had about the checking out process. Would definitely recommend this property.

Check in couldn’t have been easier, the owner was fantastic in communicating. Kitchen was well stocked, for the most part, but missing a couple of things we could’ve used. Mattresses were comfortable. The cabin is in need of repairs and maintenance, as well as a deep cleaning.

My husband, our 2 boys (21/23) and their girlfriends thoroughly enjoyed this spot in the mountains. The house was the perfect set up. The queen bedroom was a little on the warm side but there were tower (and box) fans in every room. The game room we used every night!!!! Was a great way to connect with the kids after a long day of hiking / hanging out on the strip. The location is close to downtown Gatlinburg but will warn you, these roads are not for the faint of heart. I am not sure why I never thought of this but lucky for me my husband and boys were not phased by them. We cannot say enough about the south bayden clubhouse/pool. So much to do inside and out. (They say concessions but this is just vending machines) but you can bring what ever you want in (no glass). Of course we cannot forget the beauty of surrounding ls and bear traffic! We saw bears EVERY DAY at the house. Multiple mammas and their cubs. It was truly amazing!!!! Our host Patrick was the best I have worked with. The instructions were extremely simple and he checked on you after the first night to make sure everything was ok and you did not need anything. The toaster was broken and by that afternoon a new one was delivered to the house. He was definitely top notch!!

Great 'Family Time' House

The views were breath taking. Had coffee on the deck with watching the sunrise and bears. The basement game room had something for everyone and was a great place to laugh and enjoy family after a day of being tourists in Gatlinburg.
