I took two teens to Gatlinburg for the week and this house was absolutely perfect. The location is so convenient to everything and we felt completely safe being a woman with 2 teen girls. The house is beautiful and well stocked with anything you could need. The owner was extremely responsive when I had questions about bad incoming weather prior to our arrival. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a safe, convenient, beautiful home right near all the action in Gatlinburg!

Great cabin! Great location! A bit of walk to the strip but trolley stops at the end of the street so it was not a problem. My family of 4 with 2 adult children had plenty of space for our vacation.

Gem of a location

Came during a peek time…Christmas week. (Not going to lie, I was a bit nervous based on what I read). Needless to say, I chose this VRBO for the ratings and the location and it definitely paid off. No need to fight holiday traffic with this gem. It was a short walk to Anakeesta and downtown. The place was a bit tight for 6, but we made due. Tastefully decorated and kitchen was complete for our needs. Plenty of towels and clean comfortable beds. Owners communicated well throughout the stay. We were happy and would stay again.

Great place

The house was a perfect stay for my family of 4. The second bedroom has bunk beds so the boys didn’t have to sleep together. The hot tub was so nice after coming home from a day hiking & the location was great. It was close enough to walk to town but not right in the craziness of the downtown area. We loved it!

Will be hard to top this vacation.

According to my family I’ve set the bar high w/ this vacation & it will be hard to top.1st this rental was perfect for me, my husband, & 2 kids. After a long 9 hr drive we walked in & it smelled amazing, so clean. The AC was a perfect temp on a hot day & we all immediately felt at home. It’s beautifully decorated w/ a subtle mountain vibe but not over the top. My kids also loved the more modern mountain feel. My son immediately ran to the front patio & sat in an egg chair. I was surprised at how comfy & relaxing the chairs were. We arrived later than planned so the 1st night we got pizza from the papa John’s within walking distance of the cottage & ate at the dining table then enjoyed the hot tub which was the perfect temp. Then we all slept like babies. The cottage had everything we needed. Bedding was perfect with extra pillows and blankets available. The owner even provided toiletries on the bathroom shelf which was a thoughtful touch. The area is amazing! While there we shopped til we dropped in downtown Gatlinburg, took a helicopter tour of the mountains which was breathtaking, walked the sky bridge, went water water rafting, and took an atv up the mountain and zip lined down. This trip was all about adventure & checking off the family bucket list. The area has tons of amusement attractions, games, and museums, but it also has lots of adventure which is what we did. We made memories to last a lifetime and I have to agree w/ my family. This one will be hard to top!

Perfection 😊

We absolutely loved the cottage! Perfect size for us and 2 boys aged 19 & 20. Very clean, just as pictured and described. Quiet area, but very walkable to the downtown Parkway. The owner was very prompt in all of her communications which made it very easy for us upon arrival. We truly have no complaints. Clean and comfortable beds. The 2 young boys are both around 6ft tall and slept very comfortably on the queen size bunk beds! We rented an ATV and drove the paved trail on the mountain Bove the cottage. We had a momma bear and her cub cross the road right in front of us!!! There are beautiful overlooks, creeks, small water falls, old cabins and a mill. Check it out!!!

Beautiful House in a Great Location!

Me and my friends were on my Bachelorette Party for the weekend and had an amazing stay! We got a few messages from the property owner with information about our stay and what the check-in process was like, and we got these messages before it was time to check-in so we were prepared. We walked in to a BEAUTIFUL and clean home that had everything we needed- dishes, enough towels for over 6 people (even though we only had 5), games, a tv with streaming services, and plenty of room. We unfortunately didn’t have time to use the hot tub, which was ready for us to use if we could! Parking was a little tighter than we thought, but there was a little spot right in front of the house we could park at which worked perfectly! We were able to fit a SUV in the carport, and a car in front of the house. Definitely carpool if you are coming with a group of people! The house was at a great location, it was a 15-minute walk to Ole Red on the Gatlinburg strip. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying here!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home and close to all the main things in Gatlinburg! We were able to walk to places, National park a short drive and my kids loved the hot tub. Awesome little touches like games and egg chairs outside etc! Would stay again!

Spring Break Trip

We stayed here for our spring break trip. I picked this property because of the location to the main strip to be able to walk but it was too cold for the days we visited the strip so we ended up parking closer, otherwise it would have been an easy 10-15 minute walk. Overall the property was great for our needs. The hot tub was a great way to end our days after all the walking/hiking.

Very nice!

Super cute and cozy cottage that was perfect for our family of 4. We appreciated the cleanliness, decor, furnishings, games, and extra blankets. Our teenage boys were happy with the queen size bunks. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing! We didn't cook at all, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need to make a nice meal. The location was good as it was a short walk to the shops and restaurants, but it was nice to be off the busy strip. We didn't have any problem parking our large SUV in the carport. Flap Jacks, The Alamo Steakhouse, and Smith & Sons are all great restaurants to visit (you can put your name on Smith & Son's waitlist on their website before you arrive). We were very happy with this rental!

Awesome property!

This home was so cozy and so clean. They had everything we needed. Perfect for our Fall Break trip with our kids. Plus the location is perfect. We hope to come back very soon. Owner was very responsive and very professional. We would definitely stay here again.
