We had an awesome time in this house. There were several things that needed attention: broken microwave (top floor), leaking hot tub and mold and the bed in master bedroom main level legs looked like they were going to give way. Also fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms couldn’t be used because it looked like it was going to fall. It is a very nice home and we would return.

Everything was good. It was perfect for what we needed. We even saw bears! There were a few things that needed to be fixed but it did not effect our overall vacation. We are planning on booking again next year.

The home was great for our family of 19, 9 adults and 10 kids, age 6-17. We all enjoyed the spacious decks, the two hot tubs, and the game and theater rooms. Check in was simple, and communication was quick. We had a few minor suggestions that we shared with the management that we thought would make the stay more comfortable and easier to navigate (a book with guidance/instructions for appliances and hot tubs). We were able to see several (5) bears, 2 males and a female with twin cubs, from the decks and were mesmerized watching their movements.

The internet neverworked . No toilet paper on arrival. Several kitchen outlets not working. One stove inoperable. Dispite contacting them everyday from 1 day before stay. They missrepresented condition and failed to resolve any issues.

Family Making Memories

This cabin was very spacious and accommodating to my family. The youngsters enjoyed this cabin.. The internet was a issue but other than that we were close to downtown Gatlinburg..

The cabin was the perfect space for our family, the location was great. The property managers communication, help and check in was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked very well, as we like to cook and enjoy our meals together. I would definitely stay again.

Property is outdated

This is a great location, however it is in need of major upgrades. The furniture is worn-out the appliances are broken or dirty, the floors have cracked in the tile area.

Great Location

This cain was great the wrap aound decking on all levels that were also connected via stairs on the outside. With multiple hot tubs on the first and second level not having to go through the cabin when getting out was perfect. One dishwasher was broke and leaking water on the floor if it were to be accidentally started. Other then that it was a perfect weekend.

Not bad, but could easily be better

The cabin is nice, and secluded away from town/noise. The beds are less than stellar. The fitted sheets don’t fit, so they pop off, and you end up sleeping on the plastic mattress cover and sweating. None of the TVs are smart tvs, so you’re limited to either their directv package, or you’ll need to bring a cord to plug your phone/tablet in to enjoy streaming. I inquired about road conditions the day before we left to drive there (there was lots of snow and ice storms that day) but no one bothered responding.

Awesome Home

The Cabin was absolutely amazing. The location the setup the rooms and amenities were all first class. My only issue was the identity verification process. This should be handled prior to paying all of your money and definitely before hitting the road. I was only told the Friday before I departed via email about this, didn’t read the message until Sunday attempted to call multiple times prior to hitting the road and while driving attempting to send in information in the mountains where reception is spotty. The cabin,rooms, area was great. Customer Relations not so much got disconnected while being transferred four times.

Gatlinburg Fun

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin! We had a group of 16 and had plenty of space/sleeping areas for everyone. We all went White Water Rafting in Hartford,TN at River Rat Rafting. It was only a short 40 min drive. We had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay here again.

Overpriced, poorly maintained property

Not very clean, several of the beds had the wrong sized sheets (queen sheets on king beds, would not stay on), beds were like crib mattresses, one of the hot tubs did not work, one of the games did not work, dishwashers did not clean (we even pre-rinsed all dishes and they were still dirty after running dishwasher twice), towels were VERY cheap, only one dishcloth and dishtowel, was never able to get the TV in the theatre room to work, several TV's in bedrooms were difficult to work (had to keep jiggling cords to get them to connect), floors were DIRTY! (people had BLACK feet from walking on floors), one of the tubs had the stopped closed and upon arrival had dirty standing water and made the tub slimy, had to go buy cleaning materials to clean it, one of the freezers smelled like rotten fish, advertised as having a grill with propane, only had a charcoal pit, broken chairs in dining room, overall property was not very well maintained.

Easy Access to Gatlinburg

Aesthetically beautiful cabin, that is close to Gatlinburg but far enough away to avoid all the traffic. We enjoyed all the space, the giant kitchen and the games downstairs.

This really could be a great place

Bear got into dumpster and trash was still all over the place 3 days later, WiFi lousy, mattresses on many beds were hollow in the center, oven failed, very few pots and pans, no wine opener, games broken, theater room was not functional. Great property in need of lots of TLC! What a shame!
