Es muy amplio aunque cuando llegamos no está listo y tuvimos que esperar de ahí no mandaban el código para poder entrar la ropa de cama no se miraba limpia y tuve que cambiar la limpieza está más o menos bien pero el lugar está bonito y queda serca del parque de nieve

I am not one to normally complain much. As we have stayed many different places that have been well equipped with better things for your stay especially for a week. The things provided are like hotel accommodations. We rent places like this for convenience of being like a home away from home. These are the things that are a bit aggravating to us. * the salt shaker has rust on top and in it. *the coffee maker was dirty. *The kitchen is not well equipped with things to cook with or are from 80s. And gross. *A mixer would be great. & mixing bowls. *Air fryer would be great. *Small set of pots and pans that are not peeling and gross. (Unhealthy) Toaster doesn't work right. *Dawn dish soap. * A wet jet mop to clean up a spill. And appropriate cleaning supplies. * downstairs toilet runs have to adjust it to make it stop. *Master bathroom outlet doesn't work. The barn door in master bathroom on the left side is broke doesn't close. * the carpet has gross stains all over it upstairs and downstairs. * the storm door coming in is broke. * I have never rented a place that has a camera at the door. Colonial Properties responce. We offer starter boxes that have travel sized items to get you through the first night. However, we do not offer any extra as that is up to the guest. The owner provides small appliances but they are not required to put anything extra such as air fryers/deep fryers. Typically there is a set of pots and pans, basic utensils, an

Perfect mountain living!

We were so happy with our stay at Bearly Ober. It was the perfect size for our family of four, and felt so cozy. It was clean, and spacious, and nicely stocked even for our week-long stay. It was a quick drive down to the nearby small markets and even a quick drive directly into downtown Gatlinburg. The beds were comfy, in fact all the furniture was. It was truly the perfect little retreat for us; incredibly homey and warm. We are thinking of coming next year and want to stay here again. The only things I’d mention were that it would be super useful to be more detailed in the rental notes about how to get there. I’d looked up reviews prior and saw someone say, you have to go down a side road and around the back to get to your rental - and thank goodness I saw that because it could’ve been confusing! Also, a guide to the TV might be good - it never quite worked right for us, seemed to not want to load or something - but we didn’t use it too much anyway, so it wasn’t a huge deal. These are not criticisms at all, just notes! We were absolutely thrilled with this rental and truly hope to stay here again in future!

Well needed vacation in a nice quiet relaxing condo. We stayed 2 weeks and in the middle of our stay we drove to Nashville and stayed there for 3 days and came back to our condo easy drive not even 4hrs from Gatlinburg. We did see 2 🐻 bears not far from the condo which last year i stayed here 1 week in July a saw one on the back wall of the condo. Its also a 15/20 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg and also Pigeon Forge so it makes it great location.

We were moved twice due to issues with maintenance on one unit and not sure what went wrong with our first choice. Place was lovely but kitchen needed updates. We shared our concerns with property manager

Nice property, uncomfortable beds

We initially had a hard time finding our site because no one mentioned that the back entire to the complex (where our site was located) was off a side street. Once we got in, the condo was nice. The kitchen was well stocked, but kind of small, especially if multiple people were cooking. The bathrooms were also pretty small, with the toilet in the master bathroom nearly touching the tub. Our biggest complaints were that the beds were not very comfortable. They seemed more on par with something from a Motel 6. Overall, this condo served its purpose, but we won't be staying here again if we come back to the area.

Awesome place

Starting at Chalet Village was amazing! The check in process is extremely easy and quick! The place was amazing, and just like the pictures! The people and staff were always available, and they even contacted me to make sure things were perfect! Any questions I had were answered right away! I highly recommend staying here! I know we will be back in the spring time to visit again!

Disappointed!!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend it for anyone!!! Only one parking spot per unit. Friends came from out of state and had to leave due to no parking availability. Only 6 visitors parking for all the units. Never again. Robbed of my money!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg. The condo’s pictures are a good representation of the property. However, I feel like it could have been cleaner. That could be due to the cleaning company/people that are being used. It needs to have some standards like salt, pepper and coffee filters. There were only wash clothes and regular bath towels. It would be nice to have hand towels for the bathrooms. There should be clearer instructions when you checkout regarding where to our dirty towels or dishes.

Our summer trip to Gatlinburg 2022

Was a excellent location to both Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg center condo was roomy enough for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The road up to the condo was always a adventure seen Bear 1 evening on the side of the rd chilling 😎 then another at the condo which was the highlight of the trip lots of laughs were had .Great experience I would definitely do the 16+hr drive 1 way again beautiful smokey mountains.

Nice Location but Noisey

Quiet time til 8am but at 7:50am a dog was let out and started barking as did other dogs a little after 8. Would be better if quiet time was til 9am. Dogs were annoying as was heavy equipment daily starting at 8am except one day was around 3am setting up, I guess. Did get break from it on Thursday.

A Beary Great Time!

Our stay at Beary Ober was great! The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked. This is an older unit however, it is very spacious and parts of it have been nicely redone. We saw a couple of large bears passing through the parking lot when we arrived which made our day. The pool area was fantastic and close. Property management responded promptly to all of my questions however phone reception was in and out. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

Rating room

The condo was very clean, and easy to find. Close to all the attractions. Just had a problem getting into lock box to get keys. Also the shower in the hallway was dripping onto staris and in front of door when someone was in the shower. So we had to just use one shower.
