Great location within walking distance to Gatlinburg strip. House has all needed kitchen items and beds are very comfortable. Loved having the gas fireplace on cold nights. Easy check in and reservations

Great Location

Bears are around - so if you stay here please be aware. We saw them on two different occasions. Location Location Location. We have stayed here twice now. We love the home and we love being able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg and saving on parking. My only thing I can ask for is more kids on the pans. There is one kid and that is all. We do cool at the houses we rent and that was an issue we ran into. The garbage can is a little bit from the cabin so one is on the lookout for bears when the other takes the garbage. Again this is our 2nd time staying here and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect Downtown Gatlinburg home

We loved our stay in this home. It’s a perfect spot close to downtown Gatlinburg, yet a short drive to all the hiking trails and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be staying there again!

Great Stay for Our Family

There’s a lot of 10 star places out there that don’t meet expectations. This is not one of them. We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us. Especially loved seeing the bears while sipping coffee on the back porch! It was truly a blessing.

Fantastic Experience

The house was perfect, very clean, decorated beautifully, cozy and in walking distant to gatlinburg strip!! It'll be a while before we return to Tennessee (so many other states to see) but when the time comes we'll be back to this house!!!

Excellent stay

The property had almost everything I needed. The place was clean and the location was perfect for what we needed. The only thing was that the ironing board was broken and I hurt myself on it. I hope they change that out. Otherwise everything was great.

A Gem Right in Town

Bear Pass was a perfect place for us!! We normally try for something out of town and with a view but tried something different this time!! No regrets!! Bear Pass is a beautiful, well furnished amazing place!! It’s easy to tell that the hosts take pride in their property! Not a typical Mountain View but easy access to everything in Gatlinburg! We didn’t, but you can easily walk to the strip!! No worries about accessing the house by vehicle and a nice size paved parking space! Cleanliness is a “10” and the host is a 10+++!!!! Definitely recommend!

Nice and conveniently located. Only 5 Minutes walk from Main strip. Bathroom lacked supplies. No Shampoo provided. Backup toilet paper or bar soap was not provided.

Spring break in the Smokies

Loved the place. Good size place for 5adults and 2 kids. Short walk to strip. Property manager checked in and made sure everything was going well. We go to Gatlinburg every year or two and will definitely look to rebook
