The pictures where misleading in the fact that it looks very bright but in fact no windows in the living area or kitchen. it felt like staying in a cave. Location is within walking distance of the strip which is good. But it is an older building with no views.

So nice!

Excellent place to stay! Wish it was closer to the strip of Gatlinburg so you didn’t have to drive to walk but overall very nice place. We enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient to down town. I was disappointed in bedroom #3. By the description, I thought it had a futon and queen bed in it. This complicated our sleeping arrangements due to privacy issues. Didn't like using the living room as a bedroom.

We seen BEARS!!

The place was a little smaller in the pictures but we had a wonderful time!! We seen bears multiple times and loved it!

Our stay was pleasant and the hosts were good with communication. There was no significant issue with our stay, the place itself is nice. My one piece of feedback would be cleanliness. The floors were visibly dirty with dirt and hair, some of the towels had stains on them, and some of the bed sheets had stains on them. I understand they have a cleaning service that takes care of their cleaning, but I would recommend double checking their work because I did not feel “clean” during our stay.

Spring break 2025

It was ok. A bit dated and in need of a cosmetic makeover. Hard to heat the living room area as it was vold and there's gaps above and below the door..Location was good,.

Review of stay

The faucets were all loose on every sink, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud as it turned on and off throughout the night. One of the kitchen chairs was broken (the back was not supported) and the main room (kitchen living room) was extremely dark (several light bulbs were burned out).The accommodations were OK, but not fantastic.

I will definitely stay here again in the future

Me and my husband and our 5 children were visiting from FL. After booking Ethan and Jennifer reached out to me and gave me all of the info I would need to self check in once I arrived. I had no issues checking in at all. The room was clean and updated. Everything was fully stocked. They checked on us a few times during our stay and even sent me a link to check out their other rentals. I would definitely stay here again. It’s not too far from all the wonderful things that Gaitlnburg has to offer. Thanks again Ethan and Jennifer

There was live bugs into of the bedrooms. Multiple dead bugs in the window seals. Bed sheets looked to have not been changed. Dining room xhair wasb One of the chai there

June 20 stay

The condo is nice but old and outdated. All of the beds squeak, there are no curtains on the windows and the light outside streamed in all night. There’s gaps in the floor boards. Some of the chairs are broken. There was trash left on the counter when we got there. It worked for our one night stay but would not stay want to stay for longer.

Convenient location quiet area

For the price point the condo was clean and located in a convenient area. And all appliances functioned properly. Amenities were a little sparse with no bathmats, towel rods, hairdryers. One of the shower rods was hung too high so water pooled on the floor. The beds were comfortable in the rooms were adequate size. The condo is at the end of the complex so it was in a very quiet location.

Surprised.

My family and I were excited about our mini vacation. The pictures of the condo listed on Vrbo looked nice. Upon arrival we noticed that the cleanliness of the condo was not good especially the bathrooms. There were also several bugs we noticed flying and crawling. The condo is older and needs some renovation work and updating. We were scheduled for a 3 night stay, but left after the second night.

Very Dissapointing

The condo was very dirty. There was an Infestation of bugs in master bedroom, they Towel racks were falling off the wall, and the whole apartment could use a painting. The photos in the listing at the time of booking did not match what we found upon arrival. Would NOT recommend!!

Not well maintained, electic plugs out of walls, doors to bedroom difficult to open and close, stove was not clean, towels were damp and stunk, mattresses were so noisy (crunchy) that we could not get out of beds without waking up the spouse, very dirty under couches and chairs
