Excellent property!

Cute cabin. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. We had everything we needed. Located in a quiet area. Just what we were looking for. We decided not to use the grill since a small bear hung out about 15 feet from the porch pretty regularly. We didn’t bother it and it stayed away from us. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Place bummer hot tub

This place was absolutely lovely with the exception of the hot tub. When we first checked in the hot tub was cold, so we set it to the desired temp and it took several hours to get to that temp. Once we finally got in the next day the hot tub filter was gross. Bug legs, hair, scum and worse yet there were dead ticks floating in the water! Took until 1:30 the next day before maintenance was available to clean it. It got cold after due to the cleaning process. Even after 8 hours it was still not hot. I hope they make sure the next guest does not have issues like this. Other than that everything was clean and fresh! We loved the place and we would even like to come again! My only suggestion to property management is a curtain on the front door and some hot tub maintenance lol. I would definitely recommend this place tho its cute and a perfect gateway.

It was a pleasant stay. When arriving we found ANTS in the kitchen sink. Not happy. The bed was hard but everyone is different. But also don’t put a4” foam cushion on top that u can buy at a craft store. Not a mattress top

Dissapointed

Horrible smell when we walked in. Floors were very dirty. Ants in the kitchen. spider webs in corners. Bathroom faucet leaked. Quite honestly it ruined my trip. My wife commented / complained about the smell and the ants every time we came in, so that shot the trip for me.

Best place I've stayed in a while

Although some of the appliances are dated, the customer service is on top of things, should anything break. We had the AC go out and only noticed once we got back from a long day. I called the number provided, and they had someone come by and replace the thermostat while we were out the next day. Very quick and efficient service! Also the place was just lovely. The location was great. There was Netflix on the TV. The bed was super soft. My husband loved the tub, and the jacuzzi was amazing. Just an all around great place to come back to after a full day of touristing.

Stunning

Spent a beautiful weekend over spring break. Cabin was in a nice, quiet community. Absolutely beautiful interior. Gorgeous king size bed. Loved taking a soak in the clawfoot bathtub! Private hot tub, full kitchen, dual fireplaces! Absolutely stunning.

The toilet needs attention as it is very loose and the timer for the fireplace doesn't count down to turn it off. The stay was quiet and provided the essentials

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was exactly as pictured and very beautiful. Loved the Christmas tree for the holiday. Cabin and hot tub was very clean.

Rundown and dirty

Disgusting. Left multiple items from previous renter in house, dust bunnies the size of actual bunnies, rainfall shower head was so caked with black funk water wouldn’t come out of 90% of the holes, the toilet wasn’t attached to the floor so everytime you sat down it would try to dump you in the floor the ac was frozen so we had to leave it off the first day the advertised ciew wasn’t a view since all the trees had grown up and now the only view was directly into the neighbors window and no curtain only curtain rods on the front door so neighbors have direct view into the living room absolutely terrible

Not as expected

The pictures online looked great which is why we rented. We had to sweep the kitchen. This was supposed to be pet free, and there was dog hair and dog food on the kitchen floor. Dirty pans were put away in the cabinets. There were also dead bugs and millipedes on the floor. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The ceiling fans were also really dirty. The rain shower was a trickle. Broken and dirty tiles in the shower. The shower glass door was missing so it was a temporary shower curtain. The bed sheets were dingy and would not stay fitted to the mattress. The pillows were flat and old. The mattress needs to be replaced as it is rock hard. The refrigerator was clean but the ice maker took 2 days to fill the tray. The hot tub took 24 hours to raise from 95 to 101 degrees. For the money we paid, based on neighborhood and proximity to Gatlinburg, we expected a better experience.

Cozy and Hidden Away

Pros: Overall cozy place to stay and very private. It was clean for the most part. Convenient location not far from downtown Gatlinburg and grocery store. Cons: Communication with property manager. Was told the situation would get fixed and didn't get a response or someone out to the cabin to fix some issues. Needed a new front screen on the door for front deck (there wasn't one). Had issues with the shower curtain rod which was too short but finally fixed it on the last night. Hot tub has a leak and it wasn't chlorinated enough (the water smelled bad). Other than that it was a great stay.
