House not met expectations as it’s looks in listing. It has poor amenities compared to my past experience with other rental. Sofa in leaving room is mess and so dirty that we were scared to even sit in it. Hot tube water had bad smell. And worst part was house cleanness. Although if was big house but had to deal with so many things during our stay. Dishwasher part was falling off while using. Pool door alarm had issues . Tv remote were hard to operate and last every furniture in house very old and very difficult to use it. Rooms/ Bathrooms door were not even working at all. Overall i would definitely think before book this rental. The only reason i booked it as we were 4 families with kids and it was very convenient to grocery and gatlingburg downtown. Of course there are many other things such as moving toilets sheet , windows blinds and so many other thing we find difficult to operate. One of my friend almost fall down due to broken chair in hot tube area. It was not worth money we spent as there were some excellent homes around area which we looked while booking and choose this one over others. I only book this home since last 3 reviews were given good feedback in recent time but not sure how they were happy with this home stay. There were son many lessons learn for us for future rental. But we spent good time in Gatling burg so it was not worth it to spend time complaining every day and we just simply ignored everything and focused more on our trip.
