Great location - convenient walking distance to downtown. We were very comfortable in the townhouse...a home away from home and we loved the added touch of Christmas decorations. Would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful decor. Very clean. Great location. Convenient to all we wished to see. Host is an excellent communicator and touched base frequently to make sure we were satisfied and knew he was available if we had any needed.

Great Location , listing is accurate, Charles was an excellent host when we arrived we realized the fridge was not working, the maintenance guys had us a new fridge the next morning, special recognition to them they stayed and made sure the fridge cooled and put our stuff from out cooler into the fridge , would stay again

The check-in was easy. We found the condo to be clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable that we slept in which was the one on the living room/ kitchen level. The only thing we did not enjoy was the stairs going up to the second level carrying our luggage up. The reviews from others said it was walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, but for us it was way too much walking. It was one of the reason I picked this condo. I’m sure that wouldn’t be the case for everyone. We would stay here again because of the cleanliness and because the condo was very nice. T Jordan

Family Getaway

Clean place, easy to get to and find. Three large bedroom areas, all with bathrooms and clean. The only thing, and its not negative of property, wish we were closer to main road. Longer than anticipated walk.

Place was nice and the location we could walk to the strip which was nice. The 3rd bedroom is a loft which we didn’t realize. The AC wasnt working when we got there but the owner was swift to have it fixed! Overall we were happy with our stay

Charles was great to communicate with before and during the stay. Our battery in the door lock went dead but it was quickly remedied All three bedroom and bathrooms were as described. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. We cooked breakfast and one meal. Walking distance to the center of town. We would definitely return.

4th of July getaway

Off the beaten path with red trolley stop close by. The walk to the village and stop light 6 was easy and quick. Great for our teens, they had their own space. Could see the fireworks from the balcony and some of the drone show. We got to see bears this trip which was a bonus.

Nice family vacation.

The condo was spotless. My family (2 grown children and son-in-law and grandson) were with us. Only concern was the steps with 1 yr old grandson but we knew there would be steps as nd decided we would just all have to watch. It really wasn't a problem. Our son-in-law saw a bear cub as he was unloading his car which was an added bonus. It was all great. Thank you.

Great location!

Came here with a group of 7 women. I love walking everywhere, but there were a few that walking isnt their thing. The condo is literally steps away from the trolley stop and the main drag! You look out the balcony at night and so much to see. Highly recommend this condo!

Short stay, family with teenagers.

The location was great, the space was just right, a bathroom on each level with each room was perfect. The floors are very squeaky so any walking around day or night was heard throughout the condo but we didn't hear any noise from the condo next to us at all!

Great getaway!

We had 6 adults there was plenty of room for all! The condo was well equipped with everything you would need. we especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. Close to everything, we walked everywhere we wanted to go with the exception of the grocery store. I would highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

This condo was just as nice as it appeared in the listing! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. The location was amazing! It was just a short (beautiful) walk to get to Parkway where so many shops, restaurants, and other activities are located. We would definitely recommend staying here and have already looked at dates to return later this year!
