It was exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed walking down to the strip and then being able to go back and rest for a bit before going back down. We even got to see a Momma Bear and 4 cubs as we were coming back from getting donuts at the Donut Friar!

Charles was SUPER responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. The townhouse was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location with an easy walk into downtown Gatlinburg or short walk to Anakeesta. Being able to walk everywhere in Gatlinburg is priceless with the number of cars coming thru and the price of parking.

We enjoyed this area and had family staying in other units. Unlike their units our townhouse definitely needed updating on the decor. All the wires on the floor in living room we tried to cover with a towel. No water pressure in upstairs bathroom at all. Main floor bathroom was great so we just used that one. So simple to refresh bedspreads and decor to update. Main floor bed was wonderful. Most important for good night sleep!

I would love to give this unit 5 stars but in all honesty, it rates 3.5 stars overall. This unit is all about the location. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Gatlinburg with less than a mile walk to Anakeesta, Sky Park, and Ober Gatlinburg. The downside, when we arrived to the unit, we found the furniture to be in need of repair and many of the basic kitchen items missing. The unit sleeps eight but we only had five coffee mugs and four drinking glasses. Two guests have major food allergies so we planned to limit dining out. When we went to cook breakfast there were no cutting boards, measuring spoons and only a one cup measuring cup. The heating/cooling unit is not working properly. The temperature in the unit ranged from freezing to hot. Every floor was a different temperature with the bottom being the coldest and the top floor the hottest. We set the thermostat to 74, but the first floor br/bath was freezing, the living area/kitchen of the middle floor was cold but the bedroom was hot and the top floor br/bath was hot. On a positive note, the owner is very responsive to his guests needs. They brought us coffee mugs, drinking glasses, measuring cups and spoons and some other things so the unit will be better appointed for the next guests that stay there. They really need to label the remotes in the living room or provide instructions on which remote to use when. The living room has four remotes and we struggled to figure out which to use. Bring your own pillows!

We stayed for 4 days and it was amazing! The location, the cleanliness and everything about it was awesome! The screened in porch wow! I have enjoyed this stay more than any that I have ever stayed in Gatlinburg!!! Will stay again!

Location is perfect- we were walking distance from downtown shops and restaurants, Anakeesta and the aquarium. A trolley stop is conveniently located outside the condo if you’re not up for walking. This condo was clean, adorably decorated and very comfortable to stay in. We were able to pick up groceries and cook breakfast at the condo every morning which made things more affordable and convenient for our family. We very comfortably slept 8 people including a 3 year old. Overall, excellent experience.

Great location and comfortable property

We loved our stay at Gatlinburg Village - the house was very comfortable and clean. Lots of space for all six of us with everyone having their own bathrooms (which is so nice)! Very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg - We could walk to the main strip and leave our car behind! Highly recommend staying here.

This location was perfect for our family trip. Property was very clean. Three bedroom and three bath, so no conflict with everyone trying to get cleaned up. A 15-20 min walk from the shops and eateries. Very easy to get in contact with Charles and he responds quickly. Definitely would recommend this location and would stay again!

The location was excellent, within walking distance to the main strip and easy to get in and out. The condo was clean and had the items we needed. Only reason for 4 stars is the air conditioning couldn't keep up with the heat (maybe this is common in the middle of summer?) and it ended up being almost 80 degrees inside by the evening. The upstairs room does have a wall air conditioner which helped keep that one cool.All in all, a nice place to stay and we would stay here again. We also saw bears walking right outside the condo twice while there!

Superb in all aspects

Love the location, spacious townhome that gave privacy and room to the entire family. Leasing manager was an A in all aspects, from check in through check out and super fast responses to all questions we had. The property has everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back.

Fun timme in the Smokies

The property was appealing. From the photos I never realized the main floor area was upstairs. My husband has an extremely hard time walking so this was quite a drawback. We loved the location so close to town and had 2 bear sitings!!
