Yes, the whole place felt very welcoming. The hosts were extremely friendly, they kept us updated and answered any questions I had promptly. I was very pleased with their hospitality. The cabin itself is beautiful, with lovely furniture and cozy touches throughout. The views were awesome and made our stay even more special. All the amenities were in great condition, and my family had a blast during our stay. I would definitely visit this cabin again.

Cabin was good . One of arcade games didnt work and air hockey doesnt work well . Lay out was great . Plenty of space for everybody . Hot tub was nice .

Cabin was accommodating. However, there are several items that need to be improved, especially for the rate. The sheets/comforter smelled like mens cologne, which means they were not washed prior to our stay. The hot tub was a little more than half full. The internet was in and out constantly which prohibited us from watching football on Thanksgiving. I have stayed in much more accommodating rentals.

Hosts were amazing! Gave us pretty much all the info we needed about our stay right when we needed it. Quick response time with any questions. House is beautiful! With 4 floors, everyday is leg day, LOL.

We were impressed with this house from our first step in the door. It looked just like the photos in the listing. It was so clean and well stocked with bath towels. Lots of space for a big family get together. The views were AMAZING! We loved sitting on the deck together in the evenings. A bonus feature was that we could see the Dollywood fireworks from the deck in the evening. The community pool was great for kids. I would definitely recommend this place for families.

We had an amazing week at this beautiful property. We had 11 people, from ages 2 to 65. Plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful views of the mountains. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

We celebrated our 3 grandkids birthdays while there. They all have birthdays in June and July, 2, 4 and 8. They all loved it!

This cabin met our needs and more! It was exactly what we needed as a large family. The property managers were on top of everything. We had great communication with them. It was very clean. Definitely a breath of fresh air! We even got to see three bears taking a stroll.

Fantastic!

The Cabin is beautiful. The layout is very spacious. There was plenty of seating and sleeping space. Nothing was broken. Everything was clean. The view is great! And everything you could possibly want to do is 20 minutes or less away. Overall a zero complaint experience. One heads up to those who read this, the roads close to the cabin are very steep, but even with snow falling just 12 hours prior and temperatures never getting higher than freezing, the roads were clear and gave us and our 2wd no issues.

Property Review

The property was as advertised and very beautiful and centrally located. We did have an issue when we first arrived, and the property managers resolved immediately. I would rent this place again. We had three generations of family and everyone loved the property.

Beautiful and clean

We really enjoyed how clean and well stocked this cabin was. We only had 6 people, but it could accommodate so many more people. Beds were comfortable, Hot tub was clean, not far from town. We had a great time here.

Fall break

Our stay was excellent, house was as advertised and had tons of room for everyone. The views were great and we saw bears every day of our stay. It’s about 15 minutes to pigeon forge, 15 minutes to gatlinburg, and 15 minutes to the grocery store. I will say the trip up and down the mountain was fun for me, some of our party hated the winding up and down. I think that’s just part of a house on a mountain. 10/10 would recommend, especially for a big family.

Perfect place for a family vacation

This house was perfect for my family on our trip to the smoky mountains. Each floor has 2 HUGE bedrooms and everyone had their own bathroom. Checking in was super smooth and the property manager was very easy to communicate with. Everything was immaculately Clean and the house is laid out and away where everybody feels like they have their own space. I had 12 family members here and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The best part about this house is the gigantic Eat in kitchen And the proximity to Gatlinburg. You can park your car at the welcome center right at the bottom of the mountain and take the trolley into town.

Great Stay

9 family members (mostly retired) stayed her for 5 nights. Great house with plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful area, close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and GSMNP. Got to see bears walking right outside the house twice. Great communication with Archie and Vince. I would definitely recommend them.

Spring Break at the Great Smoky Chalet

The family, along with some friends, had a wonderful time at the Great Smoky Chalet! Location was beautiful, convenient to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, and the drive up the mountain was fun for those of us used to flatter country. We saw 2 black bears near the cabin the first evening there (from the safety of our car) which was one of the trip’s highlights. The house was a great size, clean and comfortable. Everyone loved that each room had its own private bathroom. The kitchen area was awesome, as was the game room and hot tub. The hosts were great to work with, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great layout

The size of the property was comfortable for a moderate sized party. We had four families with a total of 14 people; 1.5 years old to 60. There was ample room for togetherness as well as space for separate activities. The only negative I have is that there were spaces that were worn and in need of updates.
