There are 4 separate living areas, TWO Grand units and TWO deluxe units.. All 4 units have separate access doors to the outside. The GRAND UNITS have a large,fully-equipped kitchen including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, stove, refrigerator with icemaker, and coffee maker. There is nice cookware, a set of dishes and utensils, glassware, including wine glasses. There is a large dining table for family gatherings with 6 chairs. There is a large rich-brown colored leather sofa that contains the queen-size sofa bed (very comfortable) and a loveseat and substantial coffee table that faces the gas fireplace with a large flat screen TV above the mantel. There is a large array of cable TV channels. The GRAND units also feature a sliding glass door from the living room to a deck area with at least 2-3 chairs and small table, great for observation of the city of Gatlinburg below, framed by the gorgeous smoky blue mountains above. The bathroom is huge, all ceramic tiled, with double vanity bowls and a walk-in shower enclosed in glass with a separate compartment that houses the stool. There is a door that leads from the master bedroom directly to the bath and another door that leads from the Living room area into the bath so that 2 separate parties can easily access the bath from different vantage points. There is a huge mirror across one wall of the bath as well as a lighted makeup mirror. A hair dryer and a large supply of towels are provided. The Grand Units will accomodate 4 people each.

The 2 DELUXE units can be accessed from the Grand Units through a private door, without having to go outside into the hallway. The deluxe units are similar to the Grand units, just on a smaller scale. The Bed is a Queen instead of a King, and the bed that is in the living room sofa is also a Queen. There is a full bath with ceramic walk-in shower, and a combination washer/dryer. The living room is spacious with a gas fireplace and flatscreen tv, and a dining table that seats 2. The kitchen features a smaller cooktop and microwave along with a moderately-sized refrigerator. There is a coffee maker and dishes and cooking utensils as well, enough to cook a meal. There is ample closet space and privacy enough for 4 guests in each DELUXE unit.

Therefore,a total of 16 guests could be accommodated by renting the 2 GRAND units with the 2 DELUXE units. Reserve these units early for the holidays as holiday vacations spots with this kind of room and access to the amenties in this resort are booked quickly for families wanting to have family reunions or just an old-fashioned Christmas with friends. The WATERPARK is free and the kids can be entertained easily just at the foot of the mountain. The MINI-GOLF is FREE, too. There is an on-site restaurant and a spa that features the kinds of beauty treatments and products that you would expect in a large city environment. There are beautiful walking and driving trails and nearby, the picturesque town of Gatlinburg is just down the road. One of the most spectacular Aquariums is located in the middle of town, as well as an assortment of wonderful restaurants, some nestled along picturesque creeks. Watch fudge and different varieties of candy be made at the Ole' Smoky Candy Kitchen. For those who are not afraid of heights, there is a gondola ride to the top of the mountain and a glass bridge that spans a wide cavernous valley that provides views that you will never forget. And...is that a black bear down there??? Probably, the wildlfe photographers flock to the area to capture some of nature's most beautiful turkeys, birds,deer and other wildlfe. And in nearby Pigeon Forge you will find comedy clubs and theaters where you can enjoy some foot-tappin' music. And Dollywood, one of the most famous and visitor-friendly amusement parks in the southeast is located just 7 miles down the highway, and you dont want to miss that if kids or grandkids are in your party!
