Gatlinburg Family Trip

The house was as described. It was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed- plenty of dinnerware, wine and cocktail glasses and cooking essentials. Beds were very comfortable! The upstairs deck had plenty of seating to accommodate the 6 of us and the cushions on the sofa set were clean and well-maintained. Plenty of room for 6 adults plus our fur babies. Loved that you had a fenced in area outback for the dogs, since we had daily visits from a bear family. Yea, there are bears so be aware! Follow instructions with trash, grilling and locking doors! They weren’t aggressive and didn’t pay us much mind yelling at them and they made the trip interesting. Views are beautiful! Very close drive to Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty of things to do for the family. The owners were great and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Spectacular!

The house was perfect, very spacious, lots of deck and outdoor space, plenty of comfortable seating, cozy fireplaces, and room for our kids to spread out and have fun. Views were amazing and location of the house is extremely quiet and very peaceful!The clubhouses advertised in the listing were not walkable from the house, so we didn’t take advantage of those options but that didn’t take away from us completely enjoying our stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect

Everything was great. Beds were all very firm but comfortable. Everything was clean. The kids room downstairs was perfect. Bears are definitely in the area. We didnt see them but did forget to lock our car doors one night and woke up the next morning and they had opened the doors and rummaged around a bit. Completely our fault, we were warned. The house had mostly everything we needed and the location was excellent.

Great Cabin on the mountain

We loved this house. Great for two families with kids. In the perfect location to everything, with gorgeous views. There were definitely bears everywhere which they do warn you about, so lock up your cars. Otherwise no complaints, it was a memorable trip!

What can I say, beautiful cabin in a semi-secluded location with breath taking views. Host was very responsive and welcoming. Cabin itself was very clean and well equipped. Living room setup was ideal for family gathering with fireplace and comfy couches. Our only complaint is not being able to stay there longer haha next time!

Lovely Cabin Weekend

We really enjoyed this beautiful cabin! The views are wonderful and it is a quick drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Communication with the owners was great. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Beautiful Cabin

Beautiful Cabin! The host was very helpful. We had internet issues that were uncontrollable and the host were extremely responsive on getting it fixed. We brought our 2 pups and it was very pet friendly. My dogs loved being with us on vacation. Will def come back! Get your camera ready as you will see many bears! One of our best trips!

The best Christmas cabin!

The cabin was perfect. The Christmas decorations were awesome. We were so comfortable there that we didn’t want to leave. The kitchen was perfect. Nice and roomy, all the appliances and cooking tools we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were quiet and warm. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Woodhaven. The view was spectacular! The beds were comfortable. The property was very clean. Close enough to town but far enough away also. The managers were very friendly and helpful with every aspect of our stay. We definitely recommend staying at Woodhaven and look forward to coming back!!

Best Cabin on Ski Mountain

Thoroughly impressed with this professionally updated cabin. Oversized decks give you both long range mountain views as well as city lights at night. Management team was always available to answer any and all questions. Close by to all that Gatlinburg has to offer. What more could you ask for. Can't wait to visit again!!!

Great vacation

We met some out of state family here. It was a great vacation! The location was beautiful and convenient to Gatlinburg and the national park. We loved it so much we start an extra day and were able to see Dollywood for their Harvest festival and their Christmas decorations.

Amazing house on the mountain!

The house is amazing! Lots of space and nice amenities. The host were great with communication! A great place for a little get away. Just be noted it is best to arrive for the first time in daylight. The road up to the house is a bit narrow and very windy as to be expected on a mountain property. I would defintely stay there again!

Great weekend!

We love traveling with our adult children. This home was a perfect place for us to enjoy our time together. Cooking together is something we really love and this kitchen was great! It was well layed out and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were great and the beds were very comfy. The living areas made for some great together time as there was plenty of seating for 6 adults. The location is close enough to Gatlinburg but also has beautiful views of the mountains! The owner was great to work with and communication was easy. We will be back!

Excellent Gatlinburg Getaway

Really enjoyed our quick stay here last week. Host was excellent in accommodating us and communicating as needed. Our two families had plenty of space to stretch out among the 4 bedrooms. Kids loved hanging out downstairs. We appreciated that it seems like we weren’t lacking for amenities. Thanks to the provided coffee, we got a lot of use out of keurig cafe. Loved the view while hanging out on the deck. No complaints with bed- slept comfortably but wish I would have brought my pillow. Looking back on it now, I’m not sure why I didn’t steal one from one of the seven kids… Guess it wasn’t too bad of an issue after all. Greatest thing going for this place though is location. We woke up to bears roaming the property and got to enjoy their company (from a safe distance) all day. I typically avoid staying in Gatlinburg due to traffic but options were limited with our large group. Glad I decided to give it a shot this time because we had so much fun.
