"The room was clean and seemed well-maintained, and the staff was very courteous. The room was a good value for the price.
I would kindly ask that the hotel staff be instructed NOT to say the guest’s assigned room number out loud. It creates unnecessary danger, especially when other hotel guests are present in the lobby during check-in. The number is written on the room key paper holder; please just show the person checking in rather than vocalizing the room number out loud. "

"The room was relatively clean and the bedding at least seemed fresh, but there was an rather moldy odor to the room. It had a kitchenette which was unexpected.
Breakfast was non-existent here, but to its credit the listing did not say breakfast included. In the morning I found one pot of very tepid coffee and a refrigerator with two yogurt cups.
I was very unpleasantly surprised that I had to pay a deposit upon checking in, as I had previously booked and paid in full on Expedia, but it was...
