"Good property just that the last night our room was not clean."

"We booked this as a last minute booking and wasn't sure ehat we were expecting but wow what a place! Beautifully designed, nice and relaxing. Staff couldnt do enough and great value for the rooms, Breakfast was lovely too! Only 20 minutes away from York City Centre will definitely be staying again"

"Falló la Duchas falta un poco de mantenimiento "

"Was a beautiful stay, the room was really clean, the property well maintained. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again or advise anyone to stay ☺️ thankyou!"

"Property lovely, high standard interior. Staff on reception felt a little awkward as if on guard sat at a desk near the stairs but were always friendly. Access was a little difficult due to cars parked around the entrance to the car park. I guess to avoid the additional charge per night extra charge which we paid. Upon leaving our car was covered in tree sap but it will wash off. We stayed for 4 days and no one came into our room to empty our bins, replenish toiletries or restock the hot drink...

"Comfortable"

"Overall an OK stay but not worth the price tag. Visited at half term, hotel appeared under prepared. All staff were helpful and polite but clearly under staffed so not necessarily their fault. Room not ready 2 hours after check-in, walkways not maintained, dirty glasses and plates with food on outside a lot of rooms. 1 bath robe in the room for 3 guests, toilet in the room didn't flush and whole bathroom in need of basic repairs. Bar/restaurant stopped taking food orders at 7:20pm in school...

"Everything excelent! Try it."

"brilliant place. staff were lovely, very friendly. i needed vegan options for breakfast and they were more than happy to accommodate. great location and easy parking behind the pub. would definitely stay again"

"We only stayed at Ashbourne House for one night and it was very nice. Lovely room with a Comfortable bed, great shower and towels. Plenty if tea and coffee, and if you ran out you could get more from a dish on the landing also a sweet treat if you needed it, which I thought was a nice touch. It was a bit away from restaurants and the main shopping but public buses stopped just down the road and was easy to catch and came regularly if you didn’t have a car. If you did have a car there seemed...

"Por encima de todo, la amabilidad de Danielle y Tarquin. El desayuno, de lo mejor. Muy bien situado, no más de 15 min. caminando al centro de York. Fácil aparcamiento. Muy recomendable."

"The room was fine but we had a problem with water leaking through the ceiling. It happened twice while we where there. The first time I called them to tell them what happened and they came to sort it out; but when I called the second time, they didn’t come to apologise for it or to see if we need needed anything. They should have checked if we needed something or how bad it was. Really disappointed in that aspect."

"Muy agradable y un desayuno excelente al igual que la atención del personal"

"Clean room and free parking"

"I loved it. Bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was 10/10. I am so glad I stayed at this location! 5 min walk to the historic center of town but quiet at the B&B."

"The bar."

"Calificaría al 100 la propiedad pero la habitación El Ático no tiene elevador y la calefaccion no es buena en el baño y en ella recámara adicional"
