Modern Luxurious Three-Story in the Perfect Location
The property is modern and new-looking and appointed with higher-end finishing touches. The Bathrooms are very nicely appointed and spacious. Each bedroom has a unique built-in wardrobe. The property is a duplex that shares the same lot as the more traditional Bavarian home of the owner, who will be on the property during your stay. The basement floor has a walkout that leads to steps to the backyard. In the basement, you have another bathroom, a bedroom, and the sauna and "yoga" or relaxation area. There is also the door that leads to the shared laundry room with the other unit. Laundry hours are posted to be done between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm (3 hours). Often, the Laundry was being used by the owner for possibly other units? The Kitchen is smaller in size and uses an induction stove top. There is a good amount of provisioning, though the refrigerator is relatively small for extended stays. They equipped the home with an espresso machine, which is wonderful, and the hosts are genuinely lovely people who truly go out of their way to get to know you and see to your needs. There is plenty of parking. We booked on VRBO, the only thing we were not prepared for, was paying an additional 81 Euro in cash for City tax when we arrived. We thought everything was included after we paid. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.
