Great Rental!

Our family had so much fun! We stayed two nights. We spent our days crabbing off the pier, which is an easy walk from the house. We spent our evenings playing pool and board games, and watching movies. I have no complaints, however, if I owned this rental property I would invest in a new heating source. The home gets pretty cold, especially in the basement. The basement bedrooms do have space heaters, but it takes awhile for the downstairs to warm up. Regardless, I would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect location for all Garibaldi has to offer...

My wife and I stayed with another couple for a fishing trip. Perfect location to all the local shopping, food, boat launch, food truck station a short walk away, directly across from long pier walkway. Great game and movie nights .forgamwjjsgamemommmoviejjnights.

Garibaldi vrbo

Great stay. House was clean and exactly as it was shown. The street the house is on was busy but easy to get around. Awesome place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Garibaldi.

Well suited for families

This property worked well for our family stay last week. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the property was more open and brighter than the pictures for the posting suggested (I think they were taken at night and don’t highlight the open floor plan and lovely afternoon light in the upstairs living room and dining area.) The split level floor plan and worked wonderfully for putting the kids to sleep downstairs and then playing games upstairs. The bunk beds were sturdy and comfortable and the downstairs stayed nice and cool all the time. The kitchen is a good size and had every utensil/appliance we wanted for several meals at home. The house is very centrally located for all the activities we wanted to do from Pacific City to Rockaway Beach. Very comfortable base camp for our adventures.

Nice location

Nice location. Walking trail across road and food trucks in next block. House is nice, beds comfortable, nice that there was a dog run. It is on hwy 101 so just have to get use to some traffic during the night.

A good time

Overall, we had a wonderful time in the house and it was well located. Randy was an excellent host and very accessible and pleasant. We had difficulty with the TV set up, even after replacing batteries in the remotes. Thankfully, we got the DVD working and watched several movies. The decor could stand an update, but the house is very comfortable.

A fantastic step back in time

We stayed her for our annual family fishing/crabbing trip. Ample parking for us, our boat & even adult children from out of town. I felt a little I’ll during our trip 😢. Still I happily stayed back w/ our dog & indulged in the dvd/vhs collection & still enjoyed our trip. Loved conveniences such as specialized crab forks & crackers provided. The kids (ages 13, 22 & 25) particularly enjoyed the time spent back together playing pool & other games & sitting around the fire pit. Small patch of beach rt across the street was also awesome for kids & a great walk w/ my husband & the dog. Property owner was fantastic about answering the phone when required- we had no issues for them to deal with; just a couple questions & they were very accommodating.

Nice place in Garibaldi

The good: super comfortable place, kitchen well stocked and the beds and furniture are all really nice. Also the location is within walking distance to shops and the marina , so that’s nice One tiny little feedback was given regarding the pool table (it likes to withhold the balls so it took some time and effort to retrieve them). Also, if you are looking for a place with a quiet deck where you can gaze out to the ocean …keep looking. It’s right on Hwy 101 and constant traffic. Overall it was a really nice experience and would do it again if in the area !

Nice and welcoming rental. Well stocked . Clean bedding. The road is very noisy visiting in the living room time and sleep was interrupted. With windows open or patio door. BBQ needs a BBQ brush . Cleaning of drip off. 2 large Hobo spiders in bottom bedroom and pool table room size of quarter first night. Maybe set off a bomb to Kill them . If not so close to road it would be a more enjoyable experience. We appreciate the pricing to visit Garabaldi.

The Big G was Great!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Location was super (although road noise was a bit of a bummer, but it’s right on 101), price was great, and there was something for everyone! Kitchen was well appointed to cook in. Pool table was a blast. Figured out how to play dvds in living room and use cable in master. Would recommend instructions for using devices be printed. Only downside was that dishwasher was not working for our stay, which meant quite a few dishes…but also more family time doing those dishes! Great little area for dogs—we had two small ones with us. Neighbors to the rear were super nice and helpful! Thanks for a great stay! We will be back if life takes us back to the coast!

Fantastic

We absolutely adored the house. It was big enough for us to all spread out and do our own thing and then come back together to have dinner, play pool or watch a movie. Would absolutely recommend staying here. It was lovely and close to many fun beach activities.

Birthday vacation fun.

When the 6yr old grandson wants a trip to the beach, you do just that for his birthday. A train ride, beach time and fireworks on the 4th all the 6ry old could handle! The propery is close to all popular beaches with lots entertainment options for all.

Very nice

I lived this house. Very clean and really big so my family could spread out or all get together in the spacious living room. Lots of extra towels and blankets for cuddling with after a chilly day on the beach. Lots of cleaning supplies. When the dishwasher stopped working the owner did all he could do to help me get it going again. It was an easy fix. Lots of big skillets and pots for cooking dinner. My only complaint is the traffic is very loud but it is on a very busy highway so what can you expect! Great parking!
