There seemed to be a minimal amount of towels available. The staff was very responsive, always via text which I thought was wonderful, and also very kind in their responses. "For the good:Host is welcoming. Great location for older kids that can ski in/ ski out at the Stagecoach. Had almost everything we needed cooking wise. Lots of hot water and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Lots of parking. Quiet area. Not so great: The dining stools are not safe. One is bent very badly and another is super shaky. The towels are musky. We tried to wash them but the smell is ingrained in the towels. "

"Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. "
