We are return visitors, this is a wonderful house and we enjoyed our second stay as much as the first. We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and had everything we needed to cook a full meal. The location is so close to Yellowstone, we easily got into the park early to hike and animal watch. It is common to see elk and deer from the house too, really beautiful. Great hosts and property! We are already missing the incredible view.

Spacious modern home just outside north entrance of Yellowstone. Perfectly located in small town of Gardiner, walking to everything. The view from the patio and dining room window is just incredible over the river where we saw elk, deer, bald eagle, fishing hawk, etc. Warm comfortable base after exploring the park in October which already feels like winter. Very clean, high end furnishings, comfortable beds.

Perfectly located just a short walk to the north entrance of Yellowstone. Clean and very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Well stocked kitchen and grocery store a couple minute drive away to purchase everything needed to prepare meals. The views are what make the stay here next level. Best spot in Gardiner!

Practically walking distance to the north entrance of Yellowstone! Beautiful view from back of unit. Very clean and well-maintained. Only nit to pick is that the check-in instructions were lacking. Not obvious where the unit is when you pull up. I’m sure they’ll fix that!

This was a beautiful home overlooking the river. There were about 10-12 elk across the river the entire evening we were there. What a beautiful way to start our trip to Yellowstone. The home was immaculate and perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend it.

This is an AMAZING location! Million Dollar views. If you're like my wife and I, you won't want to do anything other than sit on the deck and take it all in. We grilled dinner, had drinks and woke up early the next morning to watch the sun rise. GREAT Hosts as well. Thank you for such an incredible stay. We will be back!!!!

The property was extremely clean and welcoming. It’s well positioned to the North entrance of Yellowstone and downtown Gardiner. It had all the needs for a short two night stay. The only surprise/draw back is the home is in the owners backyard and an apartment is below the home. We were unaware of both. Other than this we would recommend the property!
