What an amazing and beautiful property! This views in the morning and at sunset ca not be beat. Upon stepping into the home you could feel that absolutely everything was taken into consideration. From the decor, to the small accents and touches throughout, this home has it all. On top of that it is in an excellent location minutes away from the north entrance to Yellowstone national park. Also a close drive to Gardiner for dinner or groceries and not far from Livingston if you need alittle more. Our host Tanya was excellent and stayed in communication through the entire process. I would love to come back and highly recommend this property to anyone.

What an incredible house and spectacular location. This was the perfect retreat after hiking and sightseeing in the park. Tanya was responsive and helpful. The house is amazingly well-equipped. We cooked in a couple nights and found all we needed in the kitchen. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This was an outstanding rental for our 9 day Yellowstone visit. The views were spectacular! A beautiful home with a great layout and furnishings. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed including a coffee bar, waffle maker, toaster and even a rice cooker. It truly added to an already amazing Yellowstone vacation.

The views were amazing!! The interior was very clean and well stocked. Exterior was not very welcoming and in need of some updating improvements. It may be helpful to add to the description that the river isn’t accessible from the grounds. But there are fishing spots in close proximity.

Perfectly gorgeous home with all the amenities! Such an easy drive to the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park. We enjoyed a 2-family reunion and cooked in the spacious well-equipped kitchen every evening. So nice to relax after long days seeing the park. Thank you for hosting the best vacation ever!

Short wedding stay

The house is perfectly located between Yellowstone and the wedding venue in Pray. Beautiful setting above the river. This home is well appointed and, being a VRBO host myself, I will be copying many of the nice details Tanya provides.

Clean, Cozy & BEAUTIFUL

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 5 & 8) absolutely loved having this beautiful home away from home while vacationing in Yellowstone! Quick and easy access to the heart of Gardiner and the North entrance to Yellowstone. The house was FULLY stocked beyond our expectation! We cooked dinners every night and enjoyed stargazing on the patio. The home was exceptionally clean and the updated bathrooms and rooms were beautiful! The host was very responsive and helpful and the personal touches were so thoughtful! Highly recommend staying at the Rangers Outpost! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect

We stayed here for five nights and it was a perfect place for our family to get away. The house has everything you need and more. Beautifully situated on the Yellowstone River and we saw bald eagles and bunnies everyday. We enjoyed the family history that was evident throughout the house and felt honored that they have chosen to share this piece of heaven with others. I hope to return someday. It is close to the YNP entrance and we went into the park everyday. There is a great grocery store in Gardiner not far from the house. I spent hours on the porch overlooking the river just taking it all in. Beds and showers were great and the kitchen was fully stocked. Just an overall great stay!

Beautiful retreat

Our stay was brief (3 days), though I wish we had more time! The location was very serene. The banks of the river had some ice, but the river flowed by so peacefully. It was a perfect spot for us to enjoy going to Yellowstone, which was the purpose of our trip. A bunny was in the yard to greet us each morning and on our last morning here, we also spotted two bald eagles in the trees across the river! It was a great way to end the trip. Would love to go back again some day soon. The whole house is beautiful and as depicted in the photos; the bathrooms were particularly nice!

40th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

None of us can think of a better place to stay while celebrating both of our 40ths. Two brothers and their wives who had a wonderful visit to Yellowstone. The YRO is absolutely beautiful! From the views, decorating, amenities and the total comfort, YRO is amazing. Easy drive to access the park from the North entrance. Make sure you look closely at the artwork in the home. You'll know you are in a very special home to Kraph family.

Great Amenities/Location

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house was stocked with a surprising amount of amenities. We were able to make wonderful meals on the grill at night after a long day in Yellowstone. Great location, easy to get in the North entrance and the town of Gardiner is perfect. Picture perfect in Yellowstone!
