Elk View Cabin

  • Welcome to our new cabin! The road that connects Gardiner to Yellowstone is now OPEN! We are located just 2 minutes from the North Entrance of Yellowstone! Enjoy beautiful views, wild life and a relaxing stay while being close to restaurants and grocery shopping. We have a security camera on the front door of the property monitoring the outside. We do not have any cameras or surveillance devices in the cabin! We are beyond happy to help you plan your vacation by answering all your questions! We’re all about the views and the outdoors and the wild life, so even though we provide a lot more than a hotel room, we’re not a luxurious accommodation. What makes us unique is that we are bordering Yellowstone!

Road trip

This was a wonderful place to stay, very clean and was only about a mile or less from the Yellowstone entrance. Would most definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place in Gardiner

This was a perfect “home base” while visiting Yellowstone. It is close to lots of shops and restaurants also. The cabin was nice and clean with fanatic views!

There’s not a bad thing to say about this cabin. It’s absolutely beautiful on the inside and outside. The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept on during our 8 day trip to Yellowstone. The host was very kind and answered my message extremely fast. Only minutes away from the north entrance to Yellowstone. We didn’t see any of the wildlife in the backyard like some others be we did see some in the front. We will be staying here on our next trip to Yellowstone.

Great location, very clean. Perfect for our family of 4. Got to wake up and have breakfast on the little porch while watching the elk that were just a few feet away.

The cabin was absolutely fabulous. We were there for a week with elk visiting every morning and evening. With immediate access to Yellowstone, we were able to explore the northern loop with little to no traffic congestion. The cabin itself was clean and spotless. The room was cooled at time of arrival and the a/c was much appreciated since we brought a little TX heat with us. The beds were soft and very welcoming after a days hike. The best thing about the cabin was the ability to do laundry at the end of day and prepare meals. The induction plate was surprisingly efficient. The hosts were accommodating and assisted us immediately when needed. We look forward to another stay at Elk Cabin View!!!

Everything was great to include the Elk visiting everyday. Its close to the entrance to Yellowstone and had everything we needed for our stay.

Our stay was very comfortable. Love the cabin and all of it’s little perks. The hosts are very helpful. The setting is beautiful and quiet.

A wonderful cabin with an incredible view. Wildlife frequently walked by. Very peaceful and serene. Beds were very comfortable. Look forward to returning soon.

Perfect location esp for seeing Lamar Valley

Perfect spot for the two of us! Excellent location for travel to Lamar Valley (we got to see wolves!). Spotless inside and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable too! So happy we found this place to stay!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Yellowstone!

Beautiful small cabin on the edge of Gardiner. Every morning we were greeted by the elk in the neighborhood. This cabin has everything we needed. We were in the park during the day and made dinner in the cabin with the cookware available. We would definitely stay here again!Thanks again

Wonderful!

What a great comfortable cabin. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a great location for exploring the Lamar Valley. The elk (with babies) hung out just on the other side of the fence and we heard them talking to each other. The induction hot plate worked great. Wish we had stayed longer.

Elk Cabin 2

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Elk cabin! The place was exceptionally clean—everything was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made it feel instantly comfortable and relaxing. Maya and Jack were incredibly friendly and accommodating hosts. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were always quick to respond to any questions. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained getaway!
