Our stay at Wendy’s home was a Yellowstone dream come true! The house had everything we needed and the eclectic decor was an added bonus. We were surrounded by beautiful mountains and wildlife, including the deer that would visit every morning and afternoon. Wendy was a fantastic host and was very quick to respond from the beginning of booking until the end. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! We already miss it and are ready to be back.

The house is very welcoming. There were five couples ...we all sat around the dinning room table for our meals & games. We all could gather around the living room to visit.We all had our separate sleeping area. I love the Montana western theme throughout the house. We got in our skiing, hiking , and soaking at the hot springs. I would definitely reserve this home again!

We enjoyed our stay at the house on the creek. It was clean, warm and welcoming. The house was well stocked. The garage was nice for the diesel truck... didnt need to plug in. Wendy was very friendly and always available for any questions or concerns. The house was nestled among neighbors which was a little surprising as I thought it was more isolated with more room to roam for our dogs. There is a small front yard and a nice view of the creek in the back. Well suited for a large or small group. Thanks for sharing your place and its history.

What a wonderful stay we had! We stayed from 12/24 to 12/31. The home was ready for us and very cozy, had plenty of rooms and lots of amenities. We liked how the house was decorated with the family’s lifetime of items - news articles, family photos, homemade paintings and cute collections of cowboy motif. The home was located as close as could be to the north entrance of Yellowstone (less than 10 miles). Every morning, we saw deer, squirrels and rabbits in the front and back yards. It was such a pretty and relaxing place. Wendy was highly responsive throughout the process - booking and directions to get there. She gave us our space when we artived. Overall, it was a wonderful home to spend a week with my large family.

The house was comfortable and welcoming. It was more than what we expected. The deer were so amazing to watch and welcomed us home everyday. We would highly recommend this home and would love to stay there again sometime

We loved all the space inside and the fully stocked kitchen. Our favorite part of the property is the front grassy area and the back patio and yard with the stream running through. So peaceful and beautiful. Wendy was a wonderful host!

Excellent facility with everything you need for a pleasant carefree stay. This place had more room than we needed and it was very comfortable. Lots of interesting decorations and a beautiful garden. Gardiner itself could use some better eatery solutions. The vegetarian in our group had little to no options and there was always a long wait to eat at supper time. Food shopping was limited too. Bring you own groceries and use the generously equipped kitchen at the cabin.

An amazing house that has all amenities needed for a family to stay. Owner was very quick with replies even for minor things. Well stocked with cute mountain decor and nice collections. Says 4 bedrooms but the cabin and extra living space made it so spacious. Easy access to Gardiner and Yellowstone. Cannot beat the views. Definitely suitable for families. Enjoyed the stay very much!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this rustic mountain resort. The home had the perfect balance of comfort and charm, with all the essentials we needed while still feeling tucked away in nature. The highlight was definitely the beautiful creek flowing just behind the property – the sound of the water was so peaceful and made mornings on the porch absolutely magical.The location was great for both relaxing at the cabin and exploring the surrounding mountains and Yellowstone north entrance was only 10 miles away. Everything was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived.If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic, and restorative getaway, this is the perfect spot. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Our family of 11 ages 2-64 enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their space. We also had enough room to eat as a family. This is the most well stocked home we have ever stayed at. It had everything from toilet paper to coffee filters. There were even towels we could take to the hot springs! The boys loved throwing rocks in the creek out back. It was high fire season so we were not able to enjoy the fire pit but it looked awesome. The drive into town and Yellowstone was nice. Thank you Wendy for allowing us to use your home for our family reunion.

A fantastic house that is stocked with amenities. The host is super communicative and helpful. The location cannot be beat. Explore paradise valley, soak in the hot springs, enjoy Gardiner, and of course, YNP. We stayed in the house with another family and had so much room! The outside space around the home is lovely and enjoyable. The sound of the creek comes through if the windows are open. Screen doors allow you to open the house and enjoy the fresh Montana air without letting in the bugs. A great place if you are looking to stay in paradise valley.

Parents 50th anniversary

We were on our first family vacation for our parents 50th anniversary and it was amazing! The cabin felt like home. So peaceful and relaxing. In the morning we heard the Elk and at night the stars were beautiful. None of us wanted to leave.Thank you, Wendy, for everything it was truly wonderful place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and charming home! With plenty of room and bathrooms for our group of 10, it was the perfect setup for a family getaway. The views were stunning, and the private, secluded setting made it feel like our own little slice of Montana paradise.The kids had a blast exploring the creek out back hunting for rocks while I took full advantage of a refreshing cold plunge. The fire pit and bunk beds were also big hits, especially for evening s’mores. The home was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, and the decor struck a perfect balance of charm and education, reflecting the beauty and history of the area. We especially loved sipping coffee by the picture window and watching rabbits hop through the yard each morning.Its location made day trips to Yellowstone, Livingston, and Bozeman easy and convenient, and seeing the original Yellowstone cabin on the property was a memorable bonus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, nature, and a true Montana experience!
