Family friendly 1,800 s.f., lower-level duplex unit, has large living room with propane fireplace. After a hard day touring you can relax in the leather reclining sofa, loveseat and chair. Comfortable double futon also available for extra seating/sleeping. Kitchen is complete with full size appliances including side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water/ice dispenser, flat cooktop and range, over the range microwave and dishwasher. Coffee maker, toaster and all dishware also included. Dining room table seats 6 (extra chairs can be requested). Master bedroom has queen sized bed and on suite bath with glass enclosed shower and separate soaking tub (hairdryers supplied). Second bath has soaking tub/shower combo. Second and third bedrooms each have one queen bed. Living room and all bedrooms feature flat screen satellite television. Private laundry room has oversize washer/dryer with iron and ironing board. All bedding and bath towels provided. Port-a-crib, highchair, swing and stroller available upon request. BBQ grill is located on the small outdoor patio with dining table and seating for four.
