Although there is no parking allowed on the street, we have a 3 car garage and additional parking in the drive way for 6 more vehicles. Garden City has a fun biking/walking trail about 1/2 mile from the house.

Parking is plentiful and convenient, with space for up to 9 vehicles total—including a 3-car garage and room for 6 additional cars in the driveway.

🚭 No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue.
🎉 No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
🪑 Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
🗑️ Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bins provided.
🚽 Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
❄️ Winter Travel: From December through March, we highly recommend 4WD and snow tires or chains due to snowy conditions and mountain roads.
❌ Fire restrictions for the Garden City areas. No camp fires. No open flames. No fireworks.
