Family Cabin with Beautiful view of Bear Lake

Beautiful view of Bear Lake. Fire pit and grass area for games and lounging. Covered deck. Less than 1 ml from beaches and Garden City where you will find delicious food and famous Bear Lake shakes. Less than 1/2 ml from Garden City pond, fish with a UT fishing license. Less than 1/2 mile from bike path.
Fun things to do year round including: boating, fishing, jet ski, beach time, shooting, hunting, 350 miles of 4 wheeler trails, dirt bike trails, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, sledding, etc.

All areas in the cabin except the master bedroom closet, this is the owners closet and is kept locked. Please keep out of the mechanical closet downstairs unless you contact me with a need.
The garage is also kept locked and off-limits to the guests. Please respect that these areas are for the owners only.

I am always just a phone call away. I can usually answer or return a call within an hour. Text works great! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. It is better to ask than to be disappointed if there is something you are unsure of. Please note we do have security cameras outside at the front and back of the cabin. These are for your safety as well as ours.

We are in the top South West corner of the neighborhood. great views and pretty quite.

Most people come in their cars and trucks. That is a great way to get around to the lake, to the park, the pond or downtown for food. There’s also a bike/walking path at the base of our neighborhood that will take you both north and south to all of these destinations and more.

It is very important to us that every guest walks into a clean and sanitized cabin.
The kitchen has new solid surface counter tops. Very easy care, just wipe clean with soap and water. Please use cutting board to prep food. Do not cut directly on counter top surface. If you are putting anything hot on the counters please use the provided hot pads.
Please keep your coolers outside on the cement.
We have added a small AC unit in the master bedroom, upstairs loft bedroom(directly above the kitchen) and in the bunkroom( top of stairs to the left). Please leave them on auto with the snowflake showing. Please do not move the AC units. Please leave them at 74 degrees and please don’t turn them lower than 74 degrees. We have box fans(place in the window to pull in the cool night air) and overhead fans in all the bedrooms. The cabin always cools down at night with the windows open. The basement rooms are always cooler. The basement is a great area to hang out in the day if you don`t want to be outside. It is also all newly finished. Please do not attempt to play with the Nest on the wall in the main floor family room. It is for heat only.
Please load and turn on dishwasher.
Take trash to dumpsters next to pond.
If you spill anything, please clean it up.
Do not cut directly on counter top, use cutting boards.
Do not place hot items directly on countertops, use hot pads.
Turn off all lights. Turn off gas to BBQ after each use.
Please respect our neighbors, stay out of their yard.
We have beach chairs, beach towels, ping pong table and yard games to help make your stay a little nicer. Please put everything back where you found them and wash, dry and fold the beach towels if you use them.
Please keep noise down after 10 pm, this is a Garden City rule.
Please no smoking or pets on the property.
Please respect our home away from home.
Do not move AC units from the windows in the upstairs bedrooms. (Do not turn below 74 degrees.) This will trip the breaker and then you will have no AC.
