Fun vacation.
We enjoyed the family areas which easily accommodated ten people. The kitchen table could fit all of us which was great for eating and games. The property manager was kind and easy to work with. The house was very well stocked with supplies especially the kitchen. We had a great time!

The Pictures Don’t do it Justice
This was the first vacation rental I stayed in where the photos gave the impression that the home was smaller than it actually was. We had so much space for our group of 8. ChaRee was great to communicate with and very responsive. We had everything that we needed within the home. The beds were comfortable, but a little high (just in case some have problems getting up on a tall bed). The background of the cabin were wonderful items to include as it gave even more of a homey vibe to the house. Quiet and beautiful location with a beautiful view of the lake and mountainside. It was a 5-10 minute drive into town to grab dinner and groceries. If we ever come to the area again, we would definitely stay here!

We loved our stay at your beautiful Bear Lake cabin! Thank you for the attention to detail, great communication and such cozy accommodations. The kids especially loved the loft! We loved the gorgeous views as well!

Cuzzin’s Cabin Fun!
Our family had a wonderful experience at the Cuzzin’s Cabin! Everything was very clean and organized. There were so many activities to enjoy. Our 2 kids (6 and 4) were in heaven. The location is convenient and the views spectacular. The property manager was very helpful and easy to work with. We hope to go again.

Nice Cabin

Great stay!
We had a great stay. The cabin is wonderful, the view is great and the location is out of the busy commercial area. We love the country so it was great for us. Everything was in working order and ChaRee checked in with us. The cabin is beautiful and spacious and room to spare even with 11 people. We definitely would love to rent again in the future.

A heavenly place.
There are no words to explain our recent visit. Everything was just right the place was roomy, clean, cozy. Plus the view from the front deck was breathtaking. We decided that we slept better There than our own house. I would definitely rent this place again and again.

Great Cabin
We had an amazing time at this cabin. It is beautiful and has plenty of space. We had a very large group and had a lot of room to hang out and relax. We never felt crowded. The cabin is beautiful and I love the location. It is nice and quiet by the golf course and the views are wonderful. The host is easy to get a hold of and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

So much fun!
We loved our stay at Cuzzins Cabin! This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. We had a wide range of ages staying here and there was something for everyone. The kids loved the upper loft, the games, and the wii. The teens and adults had a blast playing pool and hanging out in the hot tub. There is space for everyone and even with our larger group we never felt crowded. We loved spending the evening on the deck enjoying the quiet and the view of the lake. Close enough to town to grab a bite to eat and a shake but far enough away to have some solitude. This is our favorite property we’ve stayed at when we’ve gone to Bear Lake.

Great property and hosts
This cabin is so cute & learning the history of the couple who built it for their family to enjoy made it special to see the extra touches. Everything was in working order and clean. We appreciated the items available for use so there wasn’t a need to pack every little thing. (First aid, basic kitchen supplies -except oil in our case-, hair dryer, laundry and dish soaps, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper etc) We loved the hot tub and swings and the views from there were beautiful! It was too breezy to eat on the deck but if it hadn’t have been we would have loved using the available tables and chairs to eat outdoors. The little extra loft is more for smaller kids or a few that like having their own little space to just hang out. It’s close to town, beaches, bear lake rentals for boats etc. walking around the roads through the area was really nice. We spotted rabbits deer and moose! The shared bathrooms we knew of but wasn’t something we were used too but that’s really not that big a deal by any means. While it wasn’t a big deal for us I would say if you plan to stay more than a few days and to eat/cook a lot there’s not the most storage space besides the counter top and refrigerator/freezer. It’s a great location and kept up very well. You will love it!

Great getaway
Overall this was a great experience and I can understand why so many love this stay. As an all adult group we use the advantages of this being so kid friendly and would say that this would be a great spot for those with small kids. The house is very cabin like and gave the appeal of this. Hot tub was a perk. The only feedback we had was that some of the built ins and finishes seemed like they needed a refresh but nothing to the point of stopping this from being a nice little escape. Overall a good experience

Wonderful stay!
We loved our time at Cuzzin's cabin! The check in was so easy. We loved all the space and seating on the main floor, perfect for our group of 11 adults + children. Plenty of towels, trash bags, dishes, etc. We loved the swings outside and the hot tub. Overall, a great rental property!

Great affordable cabin!
These is a great cabin in good location that's close to everything. It was very clean a spacious with lots of room. For all. There are fun things like hands, a pool table, hot tub, and fire pit. The house stays really cool even on the hottest of days. For the price you can't beat it anywhere in the area.

Absolutely beautiful!
The workmanship of this beautiful house is unbelievable. In the welcome guest book it tells the story of the grandfather that did most of the amazing woodwork in the house. Everywhere you look there is another surprise to be found of of his masterful and artistic wood working skills. The guest book also tells about the grandmother and the bears she loved to collect. You will find wonderful bear surprises through out the house as well. We had three generations staying there and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained ... pool table, video games, board games, Disney videos, the jacuzzi looking out toward Bear Lake, very nice gas grill, the list goes on and on. And the views from the house are stunning. The check in process was simple and when I had a question for the host, she responded to my texts immediately. We plan to make it a yearly family tradition to stay here!!

Great birthday getaway!
Beautiful, clean, spacious cabin! View was gorgeous. We stayed for two nights to celebrate my birthday. There was more than enough room for our group of 7. We loved the pool table, private hot tub and quick walk to play a 9 hole game of golf. It was very easy to check in and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely want to stay here again.

April Stay
The property was fully stocked with extra bedding, towels, pillows. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Hosts were quick to respond to texts. Cabin is super spacious with so much to do, games, movies, hot tub, which was nice since Bear Lake is dead this time of year with nothing open and not a lot to do.

Perfect family getaway
So much fun. And we didn't even leave the property. From the moment we walked in the door we felt comfortable and happy in this beautiful, well kept, clean cabin. The rustic charm of the logs and the fun open plan offered us a great place to spread out and still be in touch. My boys loved the loft and the loft. The pool table and the hot tub were a big hit. The gas bbq and the covered decks were fun. All of the beds were very comfortable (all 5 of them) and the couches were comfy too.

Fun family friendly cabin
The cabin was beautiful lots of stuff for family and kids to do. Very Nicely set up. The only thing we were a little unhappy with it there seems to not be seals in the doors so when the wind blows make it’s very cold and very loud at night.

This weekend we had 20 mph+ winds. We were not aware of this issue until now, but we will seal the doors and fix the problem.

Christmas at Bear Lake
Cuzzin’s Cabin was a wonderful home for my family of 6 while we celebrated the Christmas holiday. Plenty of room for us throughout the house with ample bedrooms/bathrooms/dining space to keep everyone comfortable. If you enjoy beautiful views, look no further than the area around Garden City. The drive alone from Logan to Garden City is magnificent as you travel through the mountain pass and descend upon Bear Lake. The views of Bear Lake from our deck were stunning - the crystal blue water with snow-capped mountains in the background were something you’d see on postcards. Great skiing and snowmobiling nearby, with opportunities to do many other snow-related activities. While the Garden City area is rather quiet in the winter (and particularly over a major holiday), the local grocery store had just about anything you’d need to prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen. We will visit this area again and would absolutely rent Cuzzin’s Cabin if it’s available.

This was a great place to stay. The cabin is in a great location. Very well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Spacious and fun floor plan. Great beds. Nice staycation.
The pictures don’t do this house justice. It was a beautiful home in a great location that was quiet and with a great view of the lake. It only took 15 minutes to get to the beach. The Owners were amazing and the house was spotless. I definitely would go again.

Great Family Cabin
We loved our stay at the cabin. Perfect location for our golfers. We launched our boat at Epic RV Park and Marina, about a ten minute ride from the cabin. Took about 10-15 minutes to get into the middle of town for groceries, gas, shopping and of course shakes! The cabin is in the perfect location. The cabin was VERY clean and extra precautions were made to sanitize, esp during Covid. We felt very safe. Well stocked kitchen, all appliances worked great. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, bbq, air conditioning, ceiling fans, tv’s and all the comforts. Correspondence with Charee was fantastic. She made sure we were taken care of and any questions were answered quickly. We would definitely book again!

Lovely cabin, great views
Our stay at Cuzzins Cabin was Wonderful! The cabin was lovely and the view was beautiful. Great location overlooking the golf course and lake. Our kids loves the bonus loft upstairs and I loved that there was so much room to spread out. There was an AC issue while we were there and the owners were very responsive and got someone there to repair it very quickly. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!

Perfect family retreat
Great cabin setting on the hillside with a view of bear lake. Seperate living room with games, pool table and hot tub great for kids. All you need is food, toiletries, beach towels, and clothes. Circle through driveway made boat parking a breeze. Plenty of additional parking for cars and UTVs. Quick access to utv trails or the marina. Only downside was loft bedroom gets early morning sunshine so put the early risers upstairs and the late sleepers in the basement. Would stay here again for sure!

Amazing cabin!
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin more than we thought possible! The beds were very comfy, the living room area had great couches, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The cabin is full of interesting little extras such the nook above the loft where the kids can watch DVDs in banana chairs, and there is so much space! A huge wraparound deck with gorgeous views and similar views from the hot tub were so relaxing after spending days at the lake. The best part is how attentive our host ChaRee was to any little thing we needed! It made everything so easy, and we're 100% planning to stay here again next time we go to Bear Lake.

Cuzzins Cabin is Cozy and Comfortable
My extended family love this property. The cabin itself was extremely clean and had a very fun and cozy demeanor with all of the bear decorations. It is a very beautiful property. Bear lake is a short drive away, but the views of the lake and the golf course are first rate.

Great cabin near Bear Lake

Great house!
We had so much fun at this house! The view is PHENOMENAL and the house worked great for two families. One note: it didn’t affect us at all but I thought the listing made it sound like there are 5 separate bedrooms while there are really 3 bedrooms plus a loft that is divided into two spaces by a bathroom, no doors. Great for my kids! They loved having their own beds but could still see each other so they weren’t all alone! Definitely would stay here again. You should too!
