This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.<br>This family-friendly accommodations are located in the comfortable Residenza Olivo, built in 2020, in the town of Garda. The vacation residence is situated in Garda, just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Lake Garda. Garda offers supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. The residence also features an attractive outdoor pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and an integrated hot tub for adults. For younger guests, there’s a children’s wading pool. It features a fantastic panoramic terrace with a communal grill. The residence offers communal washing machines and dryers (for a fee). It also has two charging stations for electric cars. Additionally, there is an elevator in the residence.<br>The elegant and bright 3-room Trilo Top apartment is located on the first floor or on the first or second floor (assigned by the landlord), offers a great view of the pool, and can accommodate up to 6 people. (Upon request, an extra baby in a travel crib can be accommodated.). The bedroom with a double bed features both air conditioning and a TV. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds and its own air conditioning unit. If needed, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area provides two additional sleeping spots. The modern kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove with oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, cutlery, dishes and pots, an Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The living area also features an air conditioner and another TV. The charming bathroom has a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet. Depending on availability, the accommodation features either a furnished terrace or a balcony. Both invite you to relax and unwind together while the children play by the pool and make new friends. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same apartment type available.<br>CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>Just a short distance from the resort, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in Lake Garda or simply relax on one of the public beaches while your children play and make new friends.<br>POOL<br>In the residence’s outdoor area, a spacious pool complex awaits you, featuring an integrated hot tub and a small children’s pool, providing the perfect refreshment on warm summer days and plenty of swimming fun for the whole family. Children can splash around in the children’s pool and really let off steam. A hot tub guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge around the pool.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>Enjoy wonderful moments with your family on the long pebble beaches of Lake Garda or swimming fun for young and old alike in the residence’s outdoor pool.
