"Did a small girls night here and we had the best time! Out there and quiet for a get away and plenty to do inside for colder weather we loved the bookshelf full of board games and books and the piano to tinker around on! "The cabin was very outdated. The pictures make the cabin look much nicer than it was. There was dead bugs everywhere inside the cabin. The hot tub was extremely small even though it said it could fit 6 people. The driveway getting up to the cabin is a nightmare. Had minor issues with backyard not being fully fenced in or access to a porch light for cleaning up poop. Bath and toiletries are available and well labeled, however brands/scents aren't labeled. "We very much enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of everything, and yet with dedicated parking and a nice private outdoor area. We love quirky old townhouses like this, and it was in excellent condition with all the modern amenities, plus the hosts have a very nice sense of style that we appreciated. We wouln't hesitate to stay here again, or recommend it to family and friends."

"Cool location in town! We enjoyed visiting nearby antique shops, museum, coffee shop, and diners. I loved the front porch sitting. It was a short drive to historic Harpers Ferry. The kids enjoyed the games and books. The beds were super comfy. The bedding was clean and soft. I slept well, even though you can hear the trains working through the night. That added to the charm. The bathroom was gorgeous with exposed bricks and the shower had a rain shower head! Kim and Todd were excellent hosts. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in this Civil War era home. Very clean with plenty of towels and soaps. It had a good location in Sharpsburg. We walked to the bakery (twice), the ice cream shop and the library. Easy access to the Antietam Battlefield. Appliances worked as expected. We have stayed in numerous period homes and this home was by far the best equipped for preparing meals in the kitchen. Wi-Fi was very good and strong throughout the home. Great place to stay in Sharpsburg."
