This apartment with a shared pool, just 5 minutes from Gandía Beach, offers a comfortable space for 6 people.
The complex offers a communal saltwater pool measuring 17 m x 9 m, with a constant depth of 1.8 m. For the little ones, there is also a smaller pool measuring 8 m x 3.5 m, with a depth of 0.60 m. Please note that the pool is available all year round and opening hours are from 10:00 to 15:30 and from 17:00 to 24:00.

The apartment is located on the eleventh floor of a building with a lift. It has a furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal with your companions. The living-dining room is equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning and a table. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook just as you would at home. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. For sleeping, there are three bedrooms, all with a wardrobe and air conditioning. The first bedroom has two single beds, the second has a double bed, and the third and final bedroom has one single bed. Two full bathrooms with showers serve the property. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The apartment is located just a few metres from the sea in Gandía, a charming beach paradise. Its wide golden sandy beach, awarded the Blue Flag, invites you to relax and enjoy the sun. The palm-lined promenade offers a mix of restaurants, bars and shops, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Gandía also offers exciting water activities and a vibrant nightlife, ensuring an unforgettable experience by the sea.

For use of the tennis court, you will find the necessary information upon arrival at the property.

Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival.
