I would say its OVERVALUED, as per price they are charging.. 1. Facility wise -- Its lacking if compared to brand 'Marriott'. Other hotels which are providing rooms at 1/3rd price are similar in security/cleanliness/room size/ambience No garden... No views.. Forget about other amenities 2. Location ...

Excellent hotel in Srinagar Quite atmosphere They up graded one birthday celebrating friend to a suit n decorated the room Nice polite staff Good food at good prices Good pan India breakfast Really more tourists should visit Kashmir The people are friendly n will do even better

Great service, hospitality and stay. Houseboat is clean and very well maintained. The staff - Meharaj was very helpful, friendly and a great person. He made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Many thanks to him.

Lake Victoria Houseboat
This is the best houseboat in dallake i stayed twice in this boat and enjoyed alot n the service n the view is awesome i recomended to everyone to stay
