Unacasa maravillosa con unos propietarios maravillosos. Una estancia fabulosa.

Amabilidad en la llegada, atención en todo momento: Neva y Giovanni son estupendos. La casa, limpísima y cuidadísima al detalle. La zona, inmejorable.

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa. It is clean and super spacious. The property is lovely and very well situated close to restaurants and grocery stores. The family that owns the villa was incredibly kind to the people in our group that were stuck there due to airline cancellations. Absolute gem of a property and wonderful people.

Nice villa in Toscana

Everything was perfect except that there were no phone network and that the WIFI quality was poor. Additionally, the host was not that reachable. Parents’ host were great on the other side. All in all, it was a nice stay in a nice villa

Italian Besties

Our group of 5 women celebrating a number of life milestones had a wonderful week. Check in was easy and the villa was amazing. Our only issue through the entire week was that the battery in the gate fob died and we were momentarily trapped inside with a pending golf tee time! The owner quickly realized our issue and gave us his fob and we were on our way within a few moments. Everything was wonderful and as expected!

Wonderful family stay in sunny Tuscany

We have enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house is situated on a high hill, therefore quite cool at night. The owners and caretakers are wonderful. The interior and exterior is done in a traditional and elegant style. All rooms were very clean. The are mosquito screens on all windows. Also shutters. Airconditioning available but even in mid August hardly necessary. Pool is large, clean and very nice. several wonderful and cosy seating area's . We enjoyed the nearby towns of San Gimignano, Volterra and of course the Paleo in Sienna. We would love to come again. What we missed? Hardly anything. The kitchens could use a true oven. But with all the wonderful nearby restaurants, that is hardly and issue.

A stunning property. You really come to appreciate the Tuscan country side and it’s beauty. I come to this region every year and this by far was the best property I stayed. Attention to detail, cleanliness and peace of mind. The owners are wonderful people.

Family reunion in Tuscany

We had a great stay. The pool and gardens were lovely and it was very peaceful. Even in the very hot July weather it stayed cool and breezy as it is high up. Lots of nice villages and towns to visit 10-20mins drive away.

Stevens family trip 2023

It was an amazing stay. The grounds were wonderful. Our grands loved the pool area and with so many areas to relax. The only downside was the kitchen was SO small. I guess Americans use our kitchen space more and no oven made it difficult to plan meals in. Overall was great.

Our Tuscany Vacation

This property is absolutely gorgeous and a perfect location to visit all the sites in Tuscany. The property manager was wonderful and even made reservations for us at a wonderful local restaurant the evening we arrived. She helped us find a local guide for Florence and someone to give us a cooking lesson. The owners live on the property but we rarely saw them. Amazing place and great location. I highly recommend it.

Excelellent Toscana Villa

Property is beautiful postcard Toscana villa. We loved it and enjoyed our stay, especially lavish green garden, many sitting areas, pool and bbq meals we made. I would only recommend some Wifi Improvements but everything else was just superb, including nice touch from the owners where they provided some bread, cold cuts, toscany sausages, milk and eggs as a welcome gift. Nice touch!!!

Family stay in summer

We were two families with 6 children ranging in age from 5 - 16. We used both apartments, and there was plenty of space for all. The position was good, although like most places in Tuscany it does require you to drive everywhere. The Villa grounds were the highlight for us. The pool and gardens were beautiful, and there were so many outside areas to relax. Plenty of room to spread out if needed! The apartments are charming inside. The kitchens are fairly basic, but fine. The cutlery and glassware is a little lacking, and updating this would improve the experience. We had a chef come and cook a dinner for us one night, which was absolutely fantastic. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here and wish we were back there now! Some printed materials on the surrounding area would have been appreciated -with details of supermarkets, restaurants, wineries, banks and any other local tips. Thank you to our English speaking host Cheti who managed all the communications.

Absolutely perfect!

We had an amazing time at this villa. Gorgeous setting with an amazing pool. Plenty of space to spend afternoons outside . The house has two stories , one upstairs with 2 full bedrooms and a loft with 2 small beds . A full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms . An amazing terrace with a large table to have meals outside. Downstairs is the other part of the house with 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms as well . This one has a bigger kitchen and also an amazing outdoor seating space overlooking the backyard. The house is in a very private area but a 10 minute drive from the closest town where you can find a supermarket . It’s necessary to have a car . We visited other towns during our stay . Pienza, Volterra, Siena , Florence and San Gimingnano. The family that owns the villa lives right next to this villa . They are very kind and willing to help you with any questions. If you don’t speak Italian , you can communicate with Cheti via what’s up . She was very helpful with everything we needed during our stay. We really love this place and will try to come back one day ! Note : the use of AC is per request . Extra charged if you need to use the AC all the time. They also offer to wash your clothes . (We used both ) Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy your gorgeous place! The lehnhoff family!

Gorgeous Villa.

We had a lovely stay here - 10 of us, ranging in age from 21 to 84 years old! There was plenty of space, beautifully furnished indoors, very comfortable and clean, gorgeous well kept grounds and pool, with lovely seating areas. The location is great - tucked away in beautiful wooded hills but with a pretty good little supermarket at nearby Montaione, some decent local restaurants, and San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence and Sienna all easily reachable. Neva, the owner/landlady was very kind and helpful although she doesn't speak any English. She made us a delicious supper the first evening and gave us some home produce [fabulous tomatoes] and a tuscan salami which was lovely. Daniella was a very efficient manager and any queries were swiftly answered and dealt with. I would have given the Villa 5 stars, but felt there were 2 things that could be improved on to make it perfect: 1] there was no oven [or proper grill], and although we did know this before we booked we feel it is a significant drawback in what is otherwise an excellently equipped villa. It was impossible to warm croissants for breakfast, bake a lasagne, or heat pizzas! [A microwave or hob just can't do the same job]. 2] A set of House notes in English would really help - just to explain about the recycling, the linen changes, where things were [we couldn't initially find the washing machine!], local shops etc - this would be easy to do and would be very helpful. Overall though we did have a great holiday and would recommend this villa to anyone.

Dream villa, perfect location, fantastic host

Our stay in the villa exceeded all expectations that we had and we are already looking at available dates to book in 2020. Communication: timely, clear, very proactive and super useful GPS guidance that avoids ambiguity as you come off the main roads. Property manager is very personable, available for any questions over phone / and she also greeted us and provided a great tour of the property, answer questions, etc. Location: The villa is situated on the sizable piece of land which is then surrounded by woods. Beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. We say a doe twice during our stay which was a very special moment for children. Facilities: Rooms are decorated tastefully, with traditional details, comfortable beds and amazing views . We were impressed by furniture dating from 17th century in excellent shape, and the confession room door which is built in a decorative wall. 2 TVs one on each level, excellent bathrooms with plenty of towels, paper, hand wash, etc Well equipped kitchen - we used it almost daily. There are two 'solariums' - partly shaded , where we had breakfasts , played cards, etc. The pool is very clean, sun beds brand new. Plenty of space for kids to run around and play. Most importantly, the host was the kindest lady we have ever met, she made us a dinner upon arrival and left a bottle of wine. Her and her husband live i the other house on the sam plot, however, we only seen them once during our stay, very respectful. We cannot recommend this property enough!
