The ground floor welcomes you with a warm and elegantly furnished living and dining area featuring a double sofa bed, creating a versatile space for relaxation and socialising. Also on the ground floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning. The first of these bedrooms benefits from a private en-suite bathroom complete with a shower, bidet, and WC, while the second bedroom offers direct access to the garden. A further shower room with bidet and WC is also available on this floor for shared use. The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor includes 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for comfortable self-catering. On the upper floor, an open gallery with sloping ceilings leads to a third bedroom, also featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 120 to 220 cm. This room is furnished with 2 beds, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. Great accommodation in the Monteaione hills

We spent some n the properties a few days around November 1st to visit Lucca Comics and the neighbourhood in Tuscany. The property must be stunning spring / summer time: the pool has a view of the hills which is really amazing but given the season we have not had the chance to use it. Check in super easy. Recommended.
