"Nuestra experiencia no fue la esperada, ya que pagamos por un servicio que no obtuvimos, tal como se nos presentó. La reserva fue por un apartamento con cocina y sala de estar privadas y resultaron ser cocina y sala de estar compartidas. Esta circunstancia nos genero una incomodidad, ya que en ningún momento se indicó durante el proceso de compra.
