Welcome to Seaside Heights

  • Ubicado entre Grand Terre y la tranquila costa, las fantásticas vistas del golfo se pueden disfrutar desde una de las cuatro cubiertas construidas para el entretenimiento y el disfrute en familia. Esta casa de tres dormitorios y dos baños respira una decoración de playa de lujo y cuenta con un espacio generoso de cocina / comedor / sala de estar de concepto abierto que ofrece comidas comunales y una gran socialización.

    El dormitorio principal con baño contiguo cuenta con una cama king size bien equipada con ropa de cama y ropa de cama de lujo. Cortinas a medida y un amplio espacio en el armario completan este baño. Las dos habitaciones secundarias cuentan con alfombras de pastos marinos y una combinación de colores suaves. El baño de la sala contiene un área de tocador separada para permitir que funcionen varios huéspedes al mismo tiempo.

    Las áreas de entretenimiento de concepto abierto cuentan con pisos de piedra de travertino de gran tamaño, tratamientos de ventanas a medida y techos abovedados altísimos hechos de madera recuperada. El principal atractivo de esta área es un centro de entretenimiento de 20 pies de altura anclado por un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas. Perfect: cleanliness, location, home decor and kitchen equipment, outdoor shower and many outdoor spaces and furniture! Unobstructed view to beach over a nature area, bunny rabbits and egrets. Close to restaurants. Love this house. Feels like home. Oh, and BTW, bedding is comfy cozy too. Thanks again Jonathan and Ashley for a relaxing Easter weekend. MLP

Great weekend!

We came back for a second year to this property and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. It is a lovely place to stay and would recommend.

We had such a great time! This home is absolutely lovely! You can really see the thought and care put into every detail, from the beautiful decor to the cozy conversation spots. We’d love to book again!

Galveston

Our extend family rented several houses within Pirates Beach. This property and the others were all very nice and the location is very convenient for Waterman’s restaurant and the beach. Highly recommended.

Little Gem

This property was perfect for our family! Great location, updated kitchen and baths and clean. Owners were just a text away and it might be our favorite place yet that we have rented in Pirates.

Relaxing weekend!

We had a great time staying in this cozy cottage. Very close to the beach - 5 minutes walking. Nicely decorated and clean. Owner was very easy to work with in regard to reservation and during our stay.

Beautiful Cozy House! Great location!

We had a wonderful getaway in this beautiful house. It was exactly as described in the listing and had a cozy feel. It was the perfect size for our family. It is so close to the beach, which our kids loved! Thank you for letting us stay in your home, we would love to stay here again!

The house was in a nice location for a home just off the beach. Because of an easement the home allowed for a distant ocean view and breeze off of the patios and decks. The furniture was a little old and dated. Slip covers stained in a few places. It was decorated nicely in a beach theme. It was well equipped with dishes, pots, and pans. It was very kid friendly, equipped with lots of toys, games, portable cribs etc. the biggest disappointment was not having a washer and dryer. That is totally on me! In my haste to book a reasonably priced beach home I some how did not notice that it did not have a washer and dryer. I can’t ever remember renting a beach house that did not provide that amenity. It became a problem with towels and bathing suits. Again my fault for not noticing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and had a great week. Weather was incredible! Pirates beach is a really nice community.

Beautiful home right by the beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the seaside heights home. The decor was beautiful inside and out. You can see the beach from the patio and listen to the waves at night. Then it’s just a short walk to the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful beach house

Beautiful beach houseThank you for sharing with us your beautiful house. We really enjoyed this house with my family. The house is so beautiful, clean, cozy and has a great decor, bath and bedrooms are very nice, beds are comfortable. kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very relaxed inside and outside. The exterior is the same very nice, clean and comfortable place. Perfect location for the beach just 4 minutes walk away. I recommend this great house.

Great family weekend!

We brought our four young kids for a cheerleading competition at Moody Gardens. The house is beautifully renovated and had everything we needed. It is a very short and safe walk to the beach. Our kids slept great in the comfortable beds and loved playing at the beach all day. We had a great experience and would love to come back to this house for another family weekend soon! Thank you for having us!

What a gem!

Located soooo close to the beach on a quiet street. The kitchen is appointed with more quality and useful items (knives, spatulas, silver, bowls, etc) than any rental we’ve ever used. Great space for eating and cooking. A/C is excellent. Beds are really comfortable. Downstairs patio is really nice and has great air flow because of the angle the hose is set. Great view of the water from the expansive deck. Hosts are very quick with communicating. We hope to be back!

Left Home Early to Move to Hotel

The day prior to our stay I was notified the refrigerator wasn’t working that is would be repaired the day of our arrival or the day after. It wasn’t ideal but we decided it would work. The owners allowed us to us their personal one in the garage. This worked okay except for the rain and having to enter in and out in it to get stuff from the refrigerator. The repair service was set to come on Friday at 9 (our only free day from dance competition). They came around 11 and it took about an hour to fix the refrigerator. With about half of our free day wasted sitting in a rental property the owners agreed to credit us $300 for the inconvenience. Used washer for wash new wash cloths purchased and dirty towels and there were wet towels in the dryer. I finished drying those and set them on the wod of sheets left to the dryer on the bed. Throw blankets in family dirty, one smelt like a wet dog the other had chunks of dark stuff all over it - I had my husband bring some from our home since these were not clean. After the refrigerator started working it had a strong odor of fish and we threw all of our stuff out. Mold around shower in master bathroom and globs of hair was left on the shower wall I had to remove prior to showering I sent all of this to the owners with no response. We had to pay for a professional cleaning service and what we got was terrible. We checked out a day early because we couldn’t take the funk anymore and moved to a hotel.

Awesome Location - Great Balconies

Photos don’t do the amazing outdoor patios justices. Our family had an amazing time relaxing over coffee, lunch, dinner, etc. on the porch. As a family with young kids, having no stairs on then living floor was perfect.

Nice place for weekend getaway

This is a very nice place with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen which made cooking pretty easy. It also has fantastic access to the beach. One should note that there is no access to a washer and dryer which we didn't realize until we got there (totally my oversight because we have never stayed in a house without access). As a mom of 3 (2 of which are boys), this is pretty high on my list of necessities....so that being said...I think this is a great place for short stays but if staying for a week would have to find a place with laundry facilities.
