The property was perfect for our family of 5. I loved this unit. BYO shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Kitchen was perfect for making breakfast, lunch and dinner. Easy access to a somewhat private part of the beach. I love how you dont have to cross seawall to go to the beach!

It’s basic

The location is great. The facility is nice. The unit is basic and in dire need of updating. The beds are not comfy. Next time will try to find a better unit. My feedback would be to at least have paper towels. I have stayed at beach rentals where they have had beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels and even toys for the kiddos. Seems like the owners are getting away with the bare minimum.

Such a cute place.

We had the best time and will definitely book again. Our only complaint was the beds were super uncomfortable and the patio chairs felt like they were going to break. Everything else was great. We wish ours trip would have been longer.

Long weekend getaway

Property was just right for our family of 5 long weekend! Place felt small at first but being we were out and about so much it was perfect set up. We loved the easy access to the beach and heated pool! Friendly staff! Even got approval from the teenagers :)

This place is super small but has everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay. The pool area is very clean, nice and the walk to the beach is so easy and quick. We will definitely stay here again!

A good stay

The place is tiny but very clean. My daughters loved the alcove bunk beds. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed for our short stay. The building is a little rundown but the location was fantastic. No crossing the busy street to go to the beach. The pool is fabulous.

Beach for the soul

Overall very pleased with our stay. Quieter here than on the sea wall. Walmart only 2-1/2 miles away. Lighting in bathroom is too low, would be nice to have a table on balcony. We thought the added fees overly excessive.

Good family vacation

We stayed over the Fourth of July! The condo was a great slightly more low key location which we enjoyed. The beach by the condo was a lot less crowded than the main beaches. The inside of the condo was small, but not a bad size at all. (We mainly used it just to sleep!) There were a few minor issues inside that I’m sure comes with renal properties, the dresser frame fell off one of the drawers, and the knob was inside one of the drawers. It had fallen off previously. We had a great long weekend and we would absolutely stay again!

July 2021 Beach Vacation

We have stayed at Sea Scapes before, but this was the first time in this particular unit. The condo was clean with nice upgrades and a wonderful shower. While the condo was on the smaller size, it a great fit for three people. The easy access to the beach is always our biggest draw to this location. We will stay again.

Nice but a little expensive

We stayed Thursday through Sunday, the rate we paid with all the taxes and fees was too much for these condos. I thought they would be more upscale. The size was fine for my husband and I, but the condo needed general maintenance. Simple things like wooden place mats were tore up. The sliding door to the shower were very hard to slide, wood floors looked dirty but they just needed waxing. There was no WiFi and tv in bedroom didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. The noise from condo above us was horrible. You could here everything. Just normal walking was loud. Hotels are better than this for insulation. Overall, we had a good trip but probably won’t be back to these condos.
