Worked just fine
House was clean. Kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies. Internet worked well throughout stay. Shower pressure and hot water were great. Has a fence in back yard. With a well behaved dog it was nice to let him out and watch him from the back door. There is a community bar on the opposite corner to the house. And an alley behind the house. On a couole occassions the smell of weed could be smelt in the backyard. Would be good to add a blind to rhe bathroom and master bedroom windows as you can see in. They are small high windows. But in olaces that privacy is important. Neighborhood is iffy at night but okay during the day. A diir peep hole might help. Parking is on street- first come first served. There is a big curve (later learned for drainage) you must step up on once you park the car. There are big bushes on the side of the street making some parking spots difficult for passengers to enter the car. When it rained hard the streets flooded (to top of wheel) so needed to relocate car to dry area. After hard rain. Which meant wading through water two feet tall to get to car and to get back to house. A heads up would have been helpful to preplan that experience. Water drained in about 4 hours. Back patio decking rotting in and dangerous to walk on so didnt use back patio furniture. Several service technicians came during our 4 week stay. (Regular maintenance and some repairs) Management company communication regarding service technicians was good.
