Pleasant trip.
The unit was even larger than it looks in pictures and allowed my family of 6 to spread out comfortably. The beach was a quick 2 minute drive away with ample parking and wasn't crowded at all. Mark was pleasant to talk with and I would happily stay here again.

Hoppy House Get Together!
Loved loved loved the lay out and location of this home, yes it is a simple beach house but it has everything you need for a lovely stay w/family & friends. On one side you have the large living room with comfy sectional, complete with TV to relax & watch movies, kitchen very functional with everything you need toaster included, large dining table to eat and play games full bathroom and a bedroom w/queen bed & closet, access to small balcony(this side I recommend for early birds) On the other side you have the bunk room/gameroom also is very large, comes with foosball table, TV, small settee, has its own kitchen and full & queen bunk bed, door which opens to main patio. The master bedroom is on this side w/attached bathroom, closet (contains air mattress & extra sheets) access to small balcony.((Recommend this side for the night owls) just close the door between the 2 areas and everyone is happy! Agree with other reviews beds and pillows were very comfortable and you might need extra towels if more than 6 guests. Easy access to property, includes 2 covered parking spaces and 1 open one, there is a hose to wash off with after a day at the beach. The beach is a 7 minute walk, much less crowded than midtown, had no issue finding a spot & we liked that it was less of a tourist place. Enjoyed the brewery next door for appetizers & beers before heading out to dinner. We did have a hiccup during stay but Mark took care of it as soon as he could! We enjoyed our time together!

Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay. Mark was quick to respond today our messages! The house was HUGE, and we had plenty of room for our family of 8. The kids enjoyed the Foosball table, and we had everything we needed to cook meals. I can’t give enough stars to rate both the beds and pillows comfort! I slept so good here. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!
If you are looking for a simple place to sleep,shower, and chill between activities then this is a great place to call home. Location is pretty centrally located. Not too far away from anything that you might want to do. Very clean when we arrived. Lots of space. We had 6 adults and 2 small children in our party. The property manager is very attentive and is quick to respond to any questions. The only things i could criticize really was the grill is pretty toasted. But it was too hot to grill while we were there anyways.

Weekend getaway
We had a great time on our short trip. The house was ready when we arrived. The beds were super soft and had clean linens. The whole house is pretty big and our family of 7 did great there. The only things I would’ve changed is more towels, more trash bags, and better internet (but we get that it’s the island. Just know the internet is spotty). We also had to buy our own frying pan because the one there is very small. Other than that, our stay was great. We took a tour of the brewery and tried some of their beers and enjoyed the food truck they had outside.

Very nice.
Very nice, Clean and Convenient location. Playground close by which was important for our 3 yo grand daughter. Beds were comfortable and house had initial start up items. We would definitely stay again. Host was very quick to respond to communications.

Family fun
We had a great stay at the Beer Haus! We had people in for my son’s high school graduation and this house was perfect for 2 families to share. The living/dining areas are huge with plenty of room to spread out! The owner was super helpful and responsive with anything needed! Will definitely rent this house again!!!

Perfect for us
We rented entire property for 3 nights. It is a really cool property, right next to the brewery so it's like you have live music when you are outside. Also, couldn't really hear it inside. Mark was very helpful every step of the way and qualifies as a super-host, in my opinion. Every cooking utensil you could need is in the house along with a surplus of towels. Beds are very comfortable (memory foam). Also comes with 4 full/queen size air mattresses (if you rent both sides). Alot of replacement/air mattress sheets and extra comforters. Too sum it up, very equipt, clean, well located rental. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back.

Beer Haus by the brewery & the beach
Conveniently located, comfortable, well stocked with necessary materials, great for gathering lots of friends & family in one place. We stayed for the second weekend of Galveston Mardi Gras & has an absolute blast!

Home away from home ❤
My family and I (husband and 3 teenagers) wanted a weekend getaway for relaxation, and we definitely got that. We were lucky enough to get the full rental space, and it is perfect. I was hesitant to book here because it says there's a brew house next door so I assumed it would be noisy. That couldn't have been further from the truth. It was very quiet, peaceful, super clean, modern, and accommodating. I'm huge on having enough pillows and blankets, but I forgot my extras at home, and there was more than enough. I loved this place. The owners communicated clearly, and promptly. I made sure to save this listing, because from now moving forward, this will be where our family will stay whenever we're in Galveston.

Location location location
Close to Galveston Brewery, 15 minutes to The Strand, blocks from Seawall. House very nice and comfortable. Owner very accommodating. Look forward to next time
