Se necesita una forma fácil de enviarle a el dueño los daños existentes cuando llegas a la propiedad para estar seguro que no te los vallan a cobrar, por ejemplo un televisor dañado, pero aparte de eso todo excelente.

Repeat Stay

My husband and I have stayed at this home several times. The home is sweet....location is excellent. Area Is lovely and residents are friendly too.Areas of opportunity are to do the repairs that have been outstanding for a few years. The ceiling issues in family room hallway area. Shower curtain rod in master bath that collapses when moved on that end. Guest bath should be regrouted and floor sealed. Pantry should be checked for codes on products left or sipplied. New baking pans as those there are rusty and are a health hazard.

Thanksgiving 2024

This is our second Thanksgiving on this property! Everything is provided. Being pet friendly and fenced was one of the main reasons we chose this property. We’re glad Hurricane Beryl didn’t do that much damage to the Island. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to return next year!

Amazing beach house

My family and i with our 2 little dogs just had an amazing long weekend at Eva's beautiful beach house. The view was gorgeous from the porch and it was an easy walk to get to the beach. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept great. Definitely will be back!

Great beach get away!

We genuinely enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed and getting to the beach was easy! We booked this house because we travel with service dogs and it has a fully fenced backyard. It was perfect! I will say it’s a long drive into town, but it’s a good view, so it was fine! We’d stay here again!

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect, peaceful place! Beautiful home with a spectacular view, far enough out from the chaos of the seawall but close enough for convenience. We had an amazing weekend with great friends and a beachside church service on Sunday morning before we headed home with 3 baptisms! We will be back!

Okay stay

We were four adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. We loved having the yard for the dogs and the large deck. The kitchen had an array of dishes and cooking utensils and the overall space was large enough to accommodate us all. Plenty of kitchen appliances to make the stay enjoyable - toaster, blender, etc. Great beach access and friendly full time residents along the street that the house is located on. We have stayed at a LOT of VRBO and other private rentals over the years. There were some minor handyman issues - dead lightbulb inside lamp and the carport lightbulb over the driveway. We found the switch to the carport area lights the day before we left so signage would help. The main door handle screws need tightening, clean the bar chair cushion stains, replace heating element in dryer, and replace the child sized toilet in the master bathroom. We never did find any spa whirlpool that was in the listing description which was a big disappointment. Things to make the stay more enjoyable - add some child videos to the collection (we only saw two), a couple of cushions for the two wooden chairs on the deck, and a couple of beach chairs. Printed instructions for the televisions and how to locate the pool and boat launch would be helpful. The BBQ grill has been abused by guests who failed to clean it so either a new one to replace it or have it thoroughly cleaned.

Very nice beach stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Evas beach house in Terramar . The house was well appointed and the neighborhood was quaint and very close proximity to the beach . We would recommend this place to our friends and family .

Everything was great! A few suggestions for improvement: better skillet, better cable, pool key sticks and is tricky to unlock. Other than those small things, everything was great! Other than a good skillet, kitchen was amply stocked and home was clean. The host was EXTREMELY responsive!!!

Cozy and Bright!

We loved our stay at this house. Very cozy yet open and bright. We are a family of 6 adults and were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the ocean. We also were happy with the easy access to the beach and community pool.

Great Views

Very well kept home, family had a great time . Also alot of privacy while we were there. Would rent again, bring your own bed pillows for more comfort. Although we had a small situation occur, Eva was an absolute pleasure to work with and took very good care of the problem.
