The view of the beach was beautiful and the deck provided stargazing. It was an amazing spot to view the sunrise as well.The house was vibrant and provided the perfect atmosphere for a family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you could think of ; pots , pans , silverware, big bowls and glassware. Below deck had all the toys for kids as well! Also this house is handicap accessible. Down stairs had Boogie boards, sand buckets and an area to hose off all the sand. There was also a cozy fire pit down stairs to enjoy the cool nights and roast marshmallows! We’re already planning our next stay. This was a very warm and well thought out atmosphere for families.

Location to beach was PERFECT! Ramp was A. Spacious and roomy. Loved two bathrooms. Accessibility to deck from living room was top tier. Clean kitchen. Change the moldy shower curtain wall handles in master bathroom. Overall very good stat for an older home.

This is possibly our fourth time booking, and it’s always a perfect stay. Plenty of towels, warm bedding, everything clean, and a great view. We did have a small issue getting into the house due to the keypad code, but one quick call to the host was all it took to get the door opened.

This house was PERFECT for my mom's 91st bday celebration! It was clean, the weather and the view were spectacular, the beds were comfortable and the living room, dining room and kitchen were very accommodating for both children and adults. There was a good supply of cooking utensils - pans, bowls, cutlery, plates, etc. The very large table in the dining room was a great place for meals, group discussions and games. The ramp made unpacking and packing very manageable. We have rented many houses in Galveston through the years, but this house, by far, is the best one yet! We cannot wait to stay at this house again in the near future.

The location was great, just steps from the beach, and the view was definitely a highlight. The house had plenty of space, and the check-in process was easy. That said, a few things kept it from being a 5-star stay. The cleanliness could have been better (some areas felt overlooked), a few amenities were either outdated or not working as expected, and the house was missing even the most basic essentials — no trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish or hand soap, or wash cloths were provided. It wasn’t a bad stay overall, but with a little more attention to detail (and stocking the basics), it could have been much better.

Best thing about the property is proximity to the beach. The ramp was nice. It really needs a deep cleaning and decluttering. It met all our needs though and after we adjusted we had a great time. We’ve stayed in many Galveston beach front properties and this one definitely needs some upgrades.

Beach house was the perfect location for our family vacation! Access to the beach was easy and we loved the huge front porch for viewing sunrise and stars at night. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals. Great stay!

Absolutely perfect! Located right by the beach, this house was clean and has so much space. If you need anything, Galveston is just a short 15-20 minute drive. The beach was maintained and never crowded. We will for sure be returning. Also, we have to give a shout out to a local pizzeria, the Way West Grill and Pizzeria was fabulous. Located in Jamaica Beach, so not even 7 minutes, this mom and pop restaurant has the best thin crust pizza and the service was amazing. Our daughter had a quesadilla, and let me tell you, that thing was stuffed full of chicken and cheese. So trust us- you won’t regret staying here! Beautiful place, small town feel, right on the water- absolutely best vacation this year.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property…so obviously, we love it! It’s beautiful, very clean and steps away from the beach! What more could you ask for? Also, I personally love that it has ramps instead of stairs. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This house is the best! It is comfy, clean, attractive, plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. and the AC works great! The ramp makes coming, going, loading and unloading super easy. Not many (or maybe not any) have that feature. It is also closer to the beach than most beachfront rentals. My family has rented in Galveston every summer for the past 40 years, and we’ve stayed in just about every type of home imaginable and this is my favorite of all. Also, the beach is not packed with day trippers like most of the locations in this area. That’s a huge plus. The front sliding door was a bit difficult to open and close, but that could happen anywhere.
