Everything was fine. It was a little small but fine for 2 adults 2 kids max. The view was of a construction of a new building but that’s life. The water heater was not working so the shower was like warm. Note the temp control is separate from the water valve. All in all, great location and a great experience. We plan to come back out from AZ next June

Great trip! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. Michael was a wonderful host. Location is perfect and the teens were super happy they could ping ping back and firth from the beach to the pool.

We had a brief hiccup accessing condo upon check-in but Michael was quick to respond and resolved issue immediately. Location was great! Suggestions from Michael were helpful!It may have just been user error but the washer/dryer that’s available is an all in one combo unit and we couldn’t figure out dryer component even after online research; left with wet clothes to air dry. A brief step by step in the online instructions would have been helpful for those of us who’ve never operated this type of washer/dryer.

Weekend Getaway

The condo was just as described. Our kids liked the bunk beds. It was well stocked and the furniture was comfy. The location can’t be beat - just a few steps to the beach and only a couple minutes to restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our short visit to Galveston. The condo was clean and comfortable. It is small, however there were just two of us and it fit us perfectly. I would stay again.

Quick visit

3 friends in town for only 2 days. This unit was just right for our quick trip. Everything was clean and nice and the AC worked great! Would recommend it to anyone and would stay again. Check in check out instructions were clear and accurate.

Clean and Cozy

CONS: The view of the ocean from the balcony was a little tricky, as you had to stand in a certain spot and overlook a building blocking part of the view. The master bed could use an upgrade as every little movement the bed creaked. The tv in the master bedroom was poor quality. At night and in the morning we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. The provided code for the gate to the pool and beach was incorrect.PROS: The condo was very clean. The security guard was very nice and helpful. The private beach access was convenient and secure. The hot tub was clean. Overall it was a good stay.

Not what I expected….. Disappointed

The property itself was straight to the point and somewhat decent depending on your lifestyle and liking…….. For my husband and I, we expected a whole lot more. The balcony was nice but a lot different than the photo which was my reason for booking. Since I’m a regular VRBO renter, I have to say I would have to pass on booking this property again. We njoy comfortable beds and outdoor scenario and we didn’t get either out this Baecation. Overall, if you’re just looking for a waiting area for a few hours then you should book. 7/10.

Great condo and perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband! Easy access to lovely walks on the beach. Nice views of the water from the balcony even though obstructed by the condo office. So relaxing. Agent was extremely helpful and very responsive. Thanks so much for a lovely weekend! This complex is my favorite place to stay in Galveston!

Grandson trip to Galveston

We Loved this little place. It was stocked with much more than most places we have stayed. It was very clean when we got there. We had plenty of towels, liquid hand soap and much more. We will be coming back here. We loved that the we didn’t have to cross the street to get on the beach and the pool was the perfect temperature the pool itself was wonderful. Came in September so the crowds were lower than when we visited before. Michael was an excellent host answered questions very promptly. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories with our grandson.

Charming beach condo

The condo was small but easily large enough for two. Anymore than 4 would seem very crowded to me. The view was lovely and the pool area was very nice. Beach access was great! Would stay here again.

Review

Overall our visit was great! Might suggest to upgrade your pillows and more back up for toilet paper and paper towels. Also we only had hand towels in the kitchen and no dish cloth. Also the blinds on the patio door? Not sure if the lever was broke but wasn’t able to close them at night Curtain rods need adjusting. Really enjoyed the property!!

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy, although I wish the condo property had rubber bracelets or something easier to wear while staying. We had to wear paper bracelets like what you get when going to an amusement park the whole stay and it was irritating my wrist by the end of the four days. It was also hard to get my kids to keep theirs on the whole time. Parking was easy and security was very nice and friendly. We had a problem with the code key not working and the owner was very quick to respond and help. Pictures show a table on the balcony, but it had a couch and a couple of chairs. It wasnt a big deal though, the chairs and couch were comfortable. There are some pipes that stick out of the wall in the bedroom, my husband is a plumber and said it would be an easy fix to cut them off and hide them, but that may be a hoa issue or something, just surprised me at first glance. Condo was clean and check out was very easy. Love the heated pool and hot tubs and private beach access. It is small, but we already expected that from the pictures and it didnt bother us or our 3 kids. Our kids loved the stay and were sad to leave. Overall our family had a very nice stay and would go back again.
