I would’ve given this house a good rating expect that we never gained access to the guest suite, causing our guests to have to sleep on the couch for 3 nights. And it was impossible to get ahold of anyone to resolve the matter. The VRBO app, “Message Host” feature would not work. It took almost 24 hours to track down management company phone #. We went the entire weekend with the issue unresolved and very minimal communication regarding the matter. The house itself is very lovely, but the lack of communication and no resolution overshadowed any good. I’m in the process of asking for a refund.
