• We`re sorry, but we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. We`re a small, family-run property, and our housekeeping ninjas need every minute they can get to make your room sparkle.

• We happily welcome one furry friend! Please check the pet box and pay the pet fee. We kindly ask that paws stay off the furniture and that furry friends do not enjoy solo vacations in the room while you`re out.

• Under absolutely no circumstances are illegal substances allowed in, near, around, above, below, beside, or anywhere associated with the building. Just don`t.

• If you lose your key, there will be a $150 rekeying fee. Please keep track of it like it`s the last taco on earth.

• Please do not set the A/C below 68°. It may freeze up, and while we`re good at hospitality, we`re not magicians. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for frozen A/C units.

• Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Cinderella had to be home by midnight; we`re giving you until 10.
