This was a great location on the beach. I’ve stayed at other beach front places and the access to the beach at this location is a win! I love the private access. I wish they had an option to add umbrellas and chairs to our stay. As far as the condo itself it could use a few upgrades compared to other places I’ve stayed. The door in the bedroom was wobbly and made me uneasy to use the closet space. The water pressure in the shower was low and not something you want after a day on the beach. However, it is a cozy place and exactly as pictured. I loved the scenery and loved the feel of this place. The management responded well to my needs as well if I chose to bother them. This is a place I would consider again overall.

Cute as can be!

Condo is super cute and clean. Great location on Galveston Island. Near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We would stay here again.

Perfect getaway for one

Has to be one of the best stops in Galveston

Just like any state, there are minor hiccups, but they’re texting service answers immediately and goes to work on the problem, just a great bunch of folks and the property was amazing a definite must you’re going to Galveston. The property isn’t far from a restaurant called Nick’s, between, Seascape properties and Knicks you can’t go wrong

Great location. Easy check in. The room was clean upon arrival. Bathroom drawers need fixing as a few would not open or were off the track. The balcony had a grat view of the ocean and the pool area. We would stay at this location again.

Adorable Beach Front Condo

Stayed a long weekend, clean condo right on the beach. Great location! Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, watching the water. Hope to go back!

The outside could use some updates. The stairways are very rusted. The condo itself was nice. Of course, pictures never look the same as in person. The contract stated the parking fee was $18 and we were charged $20 a day. We did not need to meet with the property manager for anything, but I did converse with her when I got there becasue I was unsure on how to get the parking permit. She was nice. Overall stay was nice and we will most likely be back.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. View is great - the view starts behind the pool but it is a nice balcony and great view of the water. A dishwasher would be helpful. Looks like there is space for one. Might have been removed for some reason. Living area is small. Beds were comfy! Great place for the price.

Pool area awesome 5 stars! So clean, close to beach. Pool temp was comfortable-yay!! Condo- clean and had eveything we needed. I would recommend throwing out the area rugs or replacing them with an indoor/outdoor rug. The upholstery could use a good cleaning.

Very relaxing

The room was just as advertised, nice location could see pools and ocean from balcony. Hot tubs were great and the pool was warm. The grounds were well kept and clean. The beach was wonderful had 70 degree days with sunshine. Great stay!

Nice Place

This was a nice place to stay. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything thing you needed to cook with. Very comfortable bed. Beach towels were available. That was nice. Balcony was clean and nice to sit out on. This unit is close to the road. The road noise did not bother us. It is located on the opposite end of the elevator. The view from the balcony to see the ocean was very nice. Great communication with the owner. They checked on us when we checked in. The people working on site were very friendly. Pool and hot tub area was very clean and enjoyable. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Do NOT stay here

This property is terribly managed.We always rent vrbo & always have contactless entry and no problems. We got a text the day before with all our basic details. (Address, codes, etc) There was a link you can click on for more details..aka.. the fine print.The VRBO listing tells you there is 1 parking space. It does not tell you that you will need to check-in with an attendant, get a parking permit & wristbands for the pool. Which should be in the VRBO listing! When we arrived the parking attendant waved us through so we parked and used our info to get into our condo just like any other time we've stayed VRBO.Thought nothing of it.We used the pool and were having a great time, until on our 3RD trip to the pool when we were told to get out of the pool for not having bands. Other guest did not have bands,&we did not understand. We were chewed out for 25minutes and treated like horrible liars, never being allowed to even speak because the attendant would not stop gripping at us.The pool attendant told the parking attendant my husband threatened him& put his fist in his face.I asked for the video surveillance because I knew it was a lie!Denied.No witnesses were asked anything, just leave or Im calling the cops.The entire time I was trying to be so nice to defuse the situation, but the woman was furious& crazy! I wish I had gotten out my phone and videoed for proof. At one point, I thought someone was going to say it was a prank. Ive never seen anything like it. It was that BAD!

Great vacation!

The condo was perfect for my family of 3. Loved the pool, hot tub and ocean:). You can’t beat the location! No complaints from us, we had a great stay!

Nice getaway

I was just spending a few days and this location had all we needed. Check in and out was easy and our room was even available for early check in and a late check out which was nice. I would stay here again

Perfect location!

Loved the location of the condo- private beach access past the sea wall but close to everything just a few minutes away. The property is extremely well-kept. Security and staff were always a available. Condo was clean and had all we needed. Would definitely stay again when we come to Galveston.
